I have never encountered someone more rude in my entire life. "Kristen" - manager at this location is a terrible abs embarrassing representation of Chase. She was literally yelling and clapping her hands in my face. I highly recommend you bank elsewhere.

I recommend this branch by far over other ones in Boulder. If you make an appointment your banking experience can be made very easy.
