“R” (to be unnamed online),one of the private client bankers, was one of the least helpful and cold humans I have encountered in my life. From an unwillingness to confirm identity through means alternative to a physical drivers license that had been stolen, to a blatant and profound inability to perform her job, she thoughtfully ensured herself a path of the least work and responsibility.Take your business and money elsewhere.

One teller at the front, 5 people in line. Zero urgency from the sole teller up front. 10min later one teller came from the back with a monster energy drink, zero urgency, and began to help. Tellers where lifeless and slow

I have been banking at this specific location for 14 years. They people that work here are amazing and helpful. They try to solve your problem. They always greet me by name and I have seen them do so with other customers as well.

Great service. I’m a college student on a budget but was able to get some of my transactions back thanks from the help of my banker here. The employees here are understanding and considerate. If you have a chance to show them your appreciation give them a review.

Don’t bother, unless you are a private client with 100K in your account they don’t care about you or your time. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication.3 times in the last month alone I scheduled an appointment on the app or in person, Every single time I came in they either told me the banker I specifically signed up to meet with wasn’t there or my “time” was incorrect.Chase used to be good, but this branch might be their downfall.

I have never encountered someone more rude in my entire life. "Kristen" - manager at this location is a terrible abs embarrassing representation of Chase. She was literally yelling and clapping her hands in my face. I highly recommend you bank elsewhere.

This might be the rudest Bank I've ever been in. The snotty and unfriendly bank teller yelled across the counter if I had a mask, and when I said no she handed me one and held it by the string and turned her head like I had some kind of disease. I'm disappointed that chase hires such unprofessional and rude people. I have had Chase now for over 7 years, and because of certain events that have happened recently in dealing with them, I am probably switching all of my accounts.My advice, if you can find another bank, or at least another location, definitely do it! Very disappointed
