The Boulder facility is not a very nice place to visit. Young twerp asks, from across the room, what you need in front of another person. Not a very comfortable situation. I had planned on rolling over a $100k IRA, but maybe that's too small for Boulder. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional. A poor experience at this branch. They have no concern for Seniors or any of their Clients . Put your money in a professional agency but dont do Business with Charles Schwab Boulder!! Young twerp greets you from across the room and asks what you need. Really not in the mood to explain my financial needs for everyone to hear. Was planning to rollover $100k from an IRA, maybe not large enough for Boulder.

Charles Schwab gave my children's money away to the State without my knowledge or permission. I walked into Charles Schwab to deposit checks into my children's custodial accounts and they told me my accounts had been deactivated because I had not deposited a check for two years. They said they tried to reach me by mailing me a letter but got a return of address. You know what didn't change? My phone number and email. My husband's dry cleaner worked harder to find my husband for a $40 shirt that he forgot to pick up. Charles Schwab did nothing to hep me get my money back. It took nearly 5 months, loads of paper work and phone calls. What kind of financial institution wouldn't have a minimum of a two factor attempt before giving away the money they are supposed to protect. Also, it is 2023 Charles Schwab, and takes 30 seconds to find most people online. Mailing a letter 3 times to the wrong address is not a valid method to give your clients money away.

We make appointments well in advance to speak to our Schwab advisor Greg Fesperman, and our visits are ALWAYS educational and fun! Planning the meeting lets our advisor know what to prepare for our visit, and everything has always gone smoothly. It’s a delight to hear Fesperman explain options and present Schwab’s sound principles and policies that keep us protected.

The service I’ve received at the Boulder office has been impressive. Greg Fesperman is a personable, knowledgeable professional who has been advising me about retirement investments, answering all my questions promptly, and teaching me about some interesting options. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding service! We have an advisor here who is always happy to make an appointment and meet with us. He is patient, knowledgeable, and free. He listens to what we want, reaches out to other Schwab professionals to give us their input, and gives practical advice about protecting our assets and our identities. We are lucky to have him on our team and are glad he is right here in Boulder.

Absolutely horrible to do any business with them. I’ve had over 7 calls with their retirement call center and nobody seems to know what’s going on. Inaccurate information on each call, and a different answer from each of them over 3 weeks all for a withdrawal. Their website says 5-7 business days. It’s been three weeks.

I've had the worst experience with Schwab of any financial company in my life .I'm 65 .They have 100,000$ of my money and I can not access it . Their red tape and Bullshit excuses constitutes a crime in my book .They have no concern for Seniors or any of their Clients . Put your money under a mattress but dont do Business with Charles Schwab !! Ever !!

Trying to obtain assistance during their COVID closure has been extremely difficult. All branches are closed. No appointment or offered. You can speak to an intern at the call center, but they are simply polite and not helpful. A continuous recommendation that clients use the website or mobile app for all needs is not sufficient or helpful.

I highly recommend the Boulder Schwab Team. Their customer service is friendly and accommodating, while their approach is unbiased. They introduced me to an array of products to choose from — I selected the products that best suit my comfort level. The good folks at Schwab helped me untangle messy finances into organized bundles that are easy to track and manage. Thank you, Schwab Boulder!

*Adjusted review. I had bad experiences with customer service here a couple times earlier this year and left a one star review. I assumed everyone at the branch was the same. Recently, the branch manager reached out to me to right a wrong. He went above and beyond just a sorry. It's clear that the experiences I had early this year are not what they are striving for. I will continue to do business here.
