Carpet exchange has the best prices I found in Boulder often carrying the same carpet with a different name at almost half the price of other flooring stores. I bought nylon Stroll in Hazelwood.

well maintained, knowledgeable staff, good selection of 3/4" hardwood flooring. Seems a bit pricey e.g. red oak $8/sqft), but not sure yet. Offer ability to check samples out to see how they look at home.

I am very appreciative of the assistance that Adam Lester and Margie (Store Manager and Assistant Manager ) have rendered on multiple projects over the years for both my personal and rental properties. We've done single rooms and entire houses and, in every instance, Margie and Adam were consummate professionals with superb attention to detail, great advice and, overall, were a delight to work with. The store itself has a huge selection of both carpet and flooring and the pricing has always been--in my experience--unmatched for the quality.

We recently purchased a full house carpet replacement from Carpet Exchange Boulder and could not be happier. The stand out way the way the store manager, Adam Lester, handled an issue we had with the carpet itself, is why I’m giving a five star review. Because of problems beyond their control (a bad dye lot in the carpet and a broken piece of furniture) the installation did not go as perfectly as planned. Adam worked diligently with us to address our concern and fix the problems. I would not hesitate to recommend Adam and Carpet Exchange.

We just had 3 rooms carpeted by Carpet Exchange. The entire experience was top notch. Adam Lester listened carefully to our needs and explained why certain carpets would be bad for us, and guided us quickly to the best carpet for our needs and budget. The fellow who came to measure the rooms was personable and efficient. The icing on the cake was the installation done by a family team. They were respectful of our home, and meticulously clean. They displayed a pride in their work which is seldom seen today. We were dreading the installation and the accompanying disruption to our home. They were so friendly and accommodating that the installation was done expertly and painlessly. The carpet is beautiful, and we are totally satisfied.

Great experience. Used them to remodel Boulder townhouses in September 2022 and March 2023. Reasonable prices, knowlegeable salespeople, free estimates and measuring, on time, and if they use Danner Flooring for install, expect fast, friendly and professional results. Good choice for carpeting, tile and vinyl or laminate flooring. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Working with Mitch Reiss at the Boulder display room is dreamy. If you're looking for an extremely knowledgable sales representative who will take his time in guiding you through the process, he's the man. As a Boulder interior designer, he makes my job fun and easier. High five to Mitch!
