I was very happy with the care my dogs received on their recent stay at CBW Boulder! The staff was flexible and let my 20-lb dog be in my 50-lb dog's play room which really helped my shy 50-lb dog relax. And when we picked them up, the person at the front was familiar with both of our dogs and was able to talk about them. All of the staff were very caring about the dogs. And there was always a person in the play rooms whenever we checked on the cameras. We were nervous about leaving our babies, but the staff made us very comfortable! They followed our instructions as far as feeding and medicines. Every aspect was positive about our experience. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I really like the Boulder Camp Bow Wow - and so does the doggo :) He starts hopping around the backseat in excitement as soon as we turn down Pearl, and he is always pleasantly tired out from playing when I pick him up later in the evening.
From an admin side, they make pickup and drop off so very easy; in and out for real - it never takes more than 2 minutes.

Extremely reliable, and my dog always comes home tired! We recently did the bath service with them after a long travel weekend and are thankful for how simple that whole process was. Our dog came home clean and even sported a new bandana from the Camp Bow Wow team. I highly recommend them, and will continue to bring my dog there!

CBW Boulder is the best doggy daycare we've been to (and we've been to almost a dozen around the country). Bear is always so excited to be there that he doesn't give me a second look at drop off - this is a big deal because he's a huge mama's boy who whines about me leaving him anywhere else. I love that the cameras are always working and that y'all have the cutest little enrichment photos for all of the holidays. I was also so touched when Kendra called to check in when we hadn't been there for a couple of months - Bear was sick and healing at home, and it meant a lot to receive a personal call like that. I'm so thankful for all that you do.

I have only had AMAZING experiences with Camp Bow Wow. The staff cares deeply about each kiddo there. I have a Senior dog (who LOVES it here) and I always feel safe knowing he is there with them.

This a a good daycare/ play group for my doodle. She is happy and tired at the end of the day. The facility is clean and the desk staff is great.

I’m not one to write negative reviews unless it’s highly warranted - it’s warranted. I started to grow suspicious when I’d check the daycare cameras to check on my dog while I was at work, but I never saw him. Ever. One of the counselors let it slip that this place has been taking my $40+ per visit to keep my dog in a cage all day. If there’s some sort of issue with my dog, call me - I’ll pick him up and we’ll never return. If I wanted my dog to be cooped up while I’m away, I could do that at my own house for free - I don’t. Here’s your warning: It’s an extremely practice, especially for Boulder, especially for a national chain.
