Our experience with Cameron W Tyler and Associates was in a nut shell - as good as it could be. My wife and I were in a severe car accident, requiring my wife to stay overnight in a hospital to treat her injuries. First, for the most part, you deal directly with Cameron, not some subordinate. He explained what the law provides and requires (after all that is the basis of all procedures) and based on that presented the reasoning for our claim. Next Cameron described the usual 'path forward' for negotiations and timeline. Confident of what were our options and what to expect - we turned it over to Cameron and got the results we wanted.Cameron is a consummate professional - that is the highest compliment I can offer.

My husband and I found Cam Tyler and his assistant Jan Guynn to not only be extremely professional and thorough in processing our claim and settlement, they were also compassionate and caring. The nearly head-on collision caused severe bodily injury requiring an overnight hospital stay. It also caused PTSD symptoms that Cam recognized, and I was oblivious to. When I was rear ended on my motorcycle, Cam took care of all the details and explained what was happening so that I could easily follow the case. Hopefully I'll never have to use him again! But, I most certainly would.

They really did a great job representing me in my worker's comp case. The insurance companies did everything in their power to drag things out and complicate everything, but Cam and his staff took care of everything. The insurance company had to pay for my surgeries and treatment, and pay my back wages for the entire time they tried to get out of paying. Highly recommend.

I was hit by a semi truck and almost killed in Aug. 2017. Cameron Tyler was at my bedside not even 4 days later. I was in rehab for 4 months and always had his support. He always updated me on every aspect of the case. He was vigilant and made all the right calls. I OWE THIS MAN AND HIS TEAM MY LIFE. He got me a settlement that has helped me heal from this horrible event. And now I have a new beautiful start to my long life. This team has proven time and time again that heroes do exist.
