Brian was extremely rude and demeaning on the phone. From the moment we answered he was extremely rude. He talked down to my coworker as they were trying to help him. The fact that he can sit there and speak to a person that way just goes to show a lot about who he is as a person. Being an a** won’t get you ahead. I will NEVER use or recommend him as a realtor. I would much rather use someone who is a generally good person and knows how to treat people as a human.

Brian is easy to work with, very communicative, and a consummate professional. He was able to handle the staging, showing, and selling of my house all while I had already left the state. As stressful as selling a house is, he made it as painless as I could have ever hoped. Brian was perfect for our family. He took our lead and let us set the pace as we dipped our toe in the market over the course of a few months, but then he acted with incredible urgency once we found the right property. Brian worked with us to both sell our home and purchase a new one. We couldn't ask for more. He was thorough, coordinated everything, and constantly communicated about the status of the sales including what needed to be done, and what to expect. I would rate more than 5 stars if possible.
