A big thanks to the Boxwell crew, specifically Frank, Austin, and Brent for their service after the sale! I had issues with a couple of my containers with paint peeling and chipping on the door side, which was starting to rust and streak. I sent some picture to Frank, mainly just as an FYI for him to take up with the manufacturer. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Austin who said that he would be sending Brent out to repair the issue. I was pleasantly surprised. Brent came from out of state, and was personable, friendly, and really took pride in his work, making sure everything was done right. Thank you to the 3 that I worked with on this, and to Boxwell for standing behind your product and making things right.

We are thrilled with the Boxwell team! The experience from start to finish has been fun, informative and well communicated. Frank and his team made the design, orering and shipping process absolutely seamless. We got our first 12 boxes, and with the help of Jason today we got things set up with ease. Jason and his team just set up 12 units for Rocky Glen Mini Storage in Peoria, Illinois for us. The guys were extremely professional and helpful, they answered all the questions I had and even suggested some alternate options for obstacles that came up. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service throughout the whole process, from sales to delivery of containers. Laura Brooks is outstanding and supports you along the way. Austin Krueger is always ready to assist you with any challenge. They certainly have a great staff, they are positive, energetic, and resourceful. They are empowered to respond to clients, and you don't get stuck with corporate bureaucracy.

If you want to work with a company that stands behind their product Boxwell is the answer. I have been working with Frank and Brent from Boxwell for over two years now and it has been a fantastic experience.
