I have nothing but positive things to say about Boulder Nissan. The team makes getting a car a seamless, simple process and the no-haggle policy really helps make the process far more enjoyable than the more traditional dealerships that require planning to spend multiple hours at a dealership to argue over pricing. I got my first car from Boulder Nissan last year, and just added a second car from Boulder Nissan to my garage. The pricing is excellent (and, frankly, more than competitive with other dealerships), the sales team is always prompt to answer questions or assist as needed, and the experience overall is more pleasant and exciting (the way car buying should be) than dull or wearisome. I was not a Nissan driver before, but I intend to be one for as long as I can continue to count Boulder Nissan to be my dealership of choice. An extra thanks to Roman Ramsey with the sales team, who was able to help arrange the sourcing and quick transportation of the vehicle/trim level I was looking for. I stopped in to go over pricing estimates and confirm what I'm looking for, paid a deposit, and within a week was able to pick up my 2024 Ariya Platinum+ - seamless, quick, and fast enough that I could finish the paperwork on my lunch break. A well deserved 5-stars for Boulder Nissan.

Book your new/used car appointment with Adam! Honestly, he's the most kind car sales consultant that I've ever worked with. He answered all my questions over a several week period promptly and never once was pushy --- always was patient! He's also very knowledgable about the car buying process vs. leasing and provided my wife and I with very useful information that helped to determine our decision. Go with Adam for an A plus car buying experience!

Have had multiple negative experiences with the staff. Upon returning a lease the manager tried to tack on hundreds of dollars in "excessive wear and tear" charges that were thrown out by another dealer. Many of the staff members are incredibly rude included lying about their hours telling me that they are "the only ones in the building" and there is "no one else that I can speak to". Save yourself the hassle and try another Nissan dealer.

Very good leasing experience. Got a killer deal on a Nissan Leaf lease, so understandably they were extremely busy. Long wait times but was made well aware up front and everyone was very nice. Joey and Will were sales leaders that both spoke with me and were friendly. Anthony handled my financial paperwork and was very engaging and funny. Rick was the salesman I worked with and was extremely kind and patient, answering all my questions. At the end of the sale he even followed me in my new car to drop off my old car at my work parking lot roughly 1 mile away, and then walked back to the dealership to save me from having to drive him back. 10/10 easy, smooth service.
