John was everything you could hope for in a real estate agent. He guided us clearly through the whole process, answered all our questions thoughtfully and patiently, and gave insightful feedback on all the properties we considered. We were buying from out of state, and John went the extra mile to visit houses for us and took many photos and videos, and even negotiated deftly between me and my spouse when we had differences of opinion. He helped us strategically on offering a "low ball" bid on a house that was otherwise out of our price range, and the strategy worked.
