During my career I have advised on numerous complex loans. If one desires a successful outcome, then concise communication and disciplined execution is critical. Dan Page clearly understands this! He did an awesome job from start to finish with my client. What I appreciated even more, as the loan process advanced, was the manner in which he built a relationship and did not treat the opportunity as just another loan transaction. Dan and his team over at Boulder Equity Partners were able to close a very complicated deal for me. The deal consisted of 3 borrowers buying the real estate portion of this deal and one of those borrowers being part of another loan to buy one of the occupying businesses. The appraisal came in $1MM light and Dan and I were able to put our heads together and have the appraiser correct his errors. Even with all the hurdles and multiple moving parts we were able to close this deal on time.5 stars every time!!
