The people at the service center were very helpful and polite. In addition to the recall, they complimentary replaced the battery in my key. It was a very positive experience overall

Service Department is prompt and didn't oversell. Dropped off at 8 and had my truck back by 11:00 for brake caliper and pad replacement, along with fluid change and tire rotation.

Tyler Grubich is quite the “used car salesman”, day before purchase he told me there is a dent in the door, wasn’t disclosed on the website , would not reply to emails or send pictures of the “dent” ended up being a complete door replacement.
I was pre approved with my own finances, Tyler talked me into using their finances as I’d get a better rate etc etc etc blah blah blah. I informed him to limit the amount of hard checks to my credit, he did 7 HARD CHECKS.
Chose another new vehicle that the website stated it had 10 miles, actual miles were 53 . Purchased the 23 MB Sprinter with “10” miles and drove it home. Half way home I get a check engine light. Vehicle as been inoperable since purchase and will need to be fixed by Mercedes Benz.
I placed a $1000.00 deposit and it took me a week and a couple of phone calls to get my money back. I kept being told it takes
3-5 days when in actuality Tony the finance guy never processed it. I have an Amex Platinum card and transactions are
INSTANTANEOUS , next day at the latest.
Spare keys were not delivered to me , I was notified the next day that they would mail them out. A week later I sent an email to the dealership to mail my keys certified/registered.
This should have been a simple transaction between adults, it ended up being a tournament of games. I am a retired combat veteran and I did not deserve any of this treatment!
Online sales eliminating the “used car salesmen “ will be my family’s future.

I had a hard time trying to find a leadership that could service my truck thoroughly and in a timely fashion. But Jeff at Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram made my experience very pleasant. Not only did he make me feel welcome, but he took care of my service needs expeditiously, he did a great job of keeping me updated, and finished the service sooner than expected. Everything was top-notch and this dealership is now my go-to location for all of my service needs.

Updated: Had no choice, but to bring it back into this shop… again. Surprise surprise, it’s worse off than when I brought it in. Brought it in to get yet another antifreeze leak fixed. It doesn’t leak now, but for some reason the coolant reservoir is overpressurized constantly leaking antifreeze abnormally. Got the belt tensioner assembly replaced and now my air conditioning doesn’t work for some reason. This is infuriating! Stay away from this dealership/garage at all costs!!!!
Found a rag that was left in the engine. I mean like in the engine lying on top of all of the plumbing and electrical. If I hadn’t caught it, I would’ve been driving around burning it up and wondering what the smell was. Coolant was flushed and changed, but they didn’t run the engine to circulate and when I ran it for a bit the tank was empty and had to fill it all up again with my antifreeze.
Also, a previous appointment, they performed some recalls and they did not properly secure the plastic covering underneath the bottom of the vehicle. I noticed it lying 2 inches above the ground when I got home. Ended up just reattaching it myself with a different bolt. Either they lost it or didn’t properly fasten and tighten it and fell out during the drive.
Would not recommend this shop unless you have no other choice
