This company is amazing! Although I ended up not needing a blanket through this company (the hospital was able to provide me with one) Emma was amazing and helped reassure me I would be able to get a blanket that night even when they were closing soon. I was stuck in the ER and her communication and commitment to help me really helped me emotionally. I will always recommend Emma and this company. If you need a blanket fill out the form! I am so happy I did so.

We found out on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 that our 3 day old son would need phototherapy. After 1 call we had the biliblanket delivered to our house and on our son by 6:30! The customer service was phenomenal, kind, and they had a genuine concern for my son and our circumstance. The service was freaky fast and made the process easy like ordering pizza! But only a lifesaving remedy for my 3 day old son.As a postpartum mom I couldn't have asked for a better company to help in my time of need! Thank you for your easy process, customer service (that was also very prompt!), and ease of service and return of equipment.

Our little one spent an extra night at the hospital to be treated for jaundice. However, after being discharged, her bilirubin numbers spiked and we were told we would either have to return to the hospital, via The ER, or try at home therapy with the Bili Blanket. What could have been a stressful situation, was the complete opposite. The reps from Bili Blanket called me within 15 minutes of my dr placing my order, and they delivered the device within 2 hours - Allowing for us to get our daughter back under the lights ASAP. With just 3 main parts, the device was an easy set-up, and came with a pre-paid return slip, upon completion of therapy. I highly recommend Bili Blanket. They are fast, reliable, and most importantly, the device works.

I happened to find this company on a Google search about 4 years ago when I (as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner) was desperate to get a bili blanket delivered to a client after hours, in a pinch. My cousin was dying that day, I had just gotten off the phone with his hospitalist when I had gotten a call back from Emma after faxing an order to them just minutes before. I was exhausted, impatient, and frustrated but was met with kindness, professionalism, and pure awesomeness and passion on the other end of the line. Not only did I learn something that day I gained a partner in health care over the years. Talk about a person who has organization, professionalism, and a clearly meticulous operation that you want to see in a DME company. She is also a stellar mother and public health advocate. You can't go wrong with this company!!! #BiliBlanketBabyRocks

We could not be more pleased with Bili Blanket Baby! From start to finish, they made the process so easy and were so kind, things very much appreciated by worried first-time parents. They made it possible for us to stay out of the hospital and do phototherapy at home. For that, we are extremely grateful.

I am not surprised that Bili Blanket Baby has only five star reviews. Their customer service is wonderful, they helped us when our son had quite a strong jaundice after coming from the hospital. Emma (the founder) is amazing: very responsive and helpful answering all my questions about everything (how to use the device, how the billing works...). Thank you!

First thing first, this company SAVED my boys life. Jaundice is something that can be controlled but does need attention and can't go unmonitored if levels do reach a point. Second, here is our story--we had our sweet baby boy who was jaundice. You could see it right away. We were told it is pretty okay for babies to not really eat their first 24 hours because of how tired they are..etc. So we just did as the doctor or nurses said and didn't really feed him. I was giving him barely any colostrum but he wasn't latching well. Finally my breast milk came in so we started feeding him that after probably 36 or so hours of being unfeed. He took to it like a dream. I felt great because there is such a pressure to produce milk and I was providing for my baby. His levels went up and then they told us go to formula to help get his system "flushed" with the breast milk. So I did that and his levels weren't going down. We had to go into the NICU where we continued to do half and half. We were discharged but his levels were still high but they said breast feed and they'll go down. Well we went up 6 levels in 24 hours and demanded answers. They told us it was my breast milk. Full of frustration, I reached out to 2 other moms who were in my situation and they told me to demand a biliblanket and stop feeding breast milk (although advised against it by all nurses) I just wanted my baby better. So we went into the next appointment, not wanting for our boy to go any higher for risk, we demanded a blanket. We used the blanket and formula for 48-72 hours or so and his levels dropped immediately. It truly truly saved our boy because the track we were on, was a trial and error which I never ever want for my newborn. The blanket wraps around so they are never uncovered and you can still have time with your newborn. It's safe, innovated and frankly, needs to be more of a use and public knowledge this is an option especially for moms who already go through the roller coaster of emotions post pregnancy. I cannot express the type of gratitude I have for this company and delivery is within 2-3 hours depending. It's fast. Easy. Stressless snd you get to be home with your baby. Thank you so so much, I am forever grateful.

Having a premie was anxiety making, then having to add jaundice to the mix was not fun to say the least. Speaking to Emma someone who believes in what she does because she's lived it was incredible. Great service and a great product delivered to your door before you know you need it. I obviously hope we never have to go down this road again but if we do or if anyone we care about does we know whose caring hands we will send them too. Bili Blanket Baby, Thank you!

Emma makes this process as smooth as can be. I recently had my second go-round with a jaundiced newborn and I had the doc's order and blanket within an hour. Simple pick up, simple drop off, with clear easy to follow instructions and videos (helpful format for sleep-deprived new parents)... but that's not the best part! The best is Emma's unending support: she is a wonder to work with! Emma is extremely accessible and prompt in her communication, which is always encouraging and informative - also helpful for the new parent dealing with a kiddo's medical issue.

Was a great experience! I heard from them 10 min after my doctor sent in the script. They were so helpful! Everlee hated the lights in the hospital! At home treatment was great. She ate, slept, and was a very happy baby! I would suggest anyone to do the at home treatment!
