wow. I used to be a loyal Best Buy customer. This store just has rude managers. I had an issue between the store and Best Buy Customer Service (India). Each place referred me to the other. I was in the store, on my cell phone with India, and the representative asked if I could hand the phone to the store manager. The acting manager, Alex, said no and rudely walked away. I snail mailed the store manager and heard nothing. I finally resolved by filing a BBB complaint. It was resolved nicely by corporate. So, still support best buy, but not the boulder store. customer service matters.

There was a very rude employee. I was buying a charger for my laptop and was checking to make sure I had the right charger. I almost had it plugged in when she walked over and snapped at me to go to the geek squad for that. She made me gather my stuff up and go over to the geek squad and start all over. The person who checked me out looked stunned. We just wanted to make sure it was the right one before paying. Her rudeness was not needed. I was trying to be as fast as I could to get back to the hospital to my dying family member. I will not go back.

Best buy installation staff flooded my condo damaging my entire first floor and a month later haven’t even investigated the problem and won’t return calls or emails. Don’t have your appliances installed by best buy. I had best buy install a Samsung washer in mid December 2023 and they turned on the washer without putting in the drain pipe then left the house. 5 minutes later water was dripping across my entire kitchen and living room ruining my dry wall and leaving cabinet damage.I submitted a claim to best buy and haven’t heard from them to fix it in over a month. Please avoid best buy for your appliances they are hiring untrained people and not taking responsibility for their damage or dragging their feet to to fix things so you do it yourself or are forced to take them to court. Both behaviors sign of untrustworthiness. Avoid.

My experience at Best Buy was awesome however I soon learned that the PlayStation 5 portal is not carried at any of the Best Buys in Colorado I guess I'll have to look elsewhere

Good store , bought a new canon printer. Girl employee was like Hercules carrying it up by hand....felt she should have used a cart. Had a return, as it was misrepresented, but took it back no problem. Be sure you put everything back in box as it came as I did. They check it, as that's OK by me. Watch for deals, so you have to keep checking back with them. Beware of GEEK SQUAD, they are disreputable in my opinion from my personal experience. This area of town has a lot of homeless folks, but most leave you alone, so no worries, but pay attention at all times.

Needed to return defective/incompatible SSD. Initiated the return online. Went into store to finish return and it took all of a minute to do. Fast friendly service.

Went in to buy a USB-C hub, found a simple one for $14.99 went to checkout and the total was nearly $35. I asked the clerk and he said that it must have been hung on the wrong spot. I countered and said then you have your entire stock hung on the wrong spot. Clerk said it doesn't matter they won't honor the marked price. I have to say that clerk was the most unhelpful and had the snobbiest attitude that I have only experienced a handful of times in my 50 years of life. Needless to say, I walked out without doing business with BestBuy. I went home and ordered a hub with far more features and port options on Amazon for $28 and it will arrive at my home this afternoon (same day) Based on this experience, I'll be glad to see BestBuy go into bankruptcy and cease to exist just like Circuit City, Radio Shack, and others. I'll celebrate the day.

In the past I have had bad customer service at best but today was not that at all! I got helped by Emily who was very quick and efficient and got me in and out of the store with what I needed in less than 10 minutes. She is Very good at her job from what I can tell. Thank you, I will most definitely be back because of her efficiency.

We are happy to report that we are getting our dvd player hooked up next week so we can catch up on movies old and new! Yaay! Thanks to the geek squad for showing up at our house at the next juncture for practically no cost compared to going to the theater or buying movies
