Am a long time Best Buy customer but will (and have) driven further to other locations not to give sales to this store.
The manager here is beyond arrogant and wouldn’t know how to spell customer service.
A thorn in the side of a great retailer.

Smallest best buy I've ever been to. They have display models of items that are discontinued that they can't order anymore. One person wheeled out a new TV to the parking lot for me to have to lift into the truck. So much for Team lift at best buy

They don't serve you as it is, I felt like they didn't want to serve me because I was Hispanic.

Great selection, love the technology. They also have great customer service, maybe a bit too much...

Checked online for a specific item (game controller). When I got there, I couldn't locate it, so I finally resigned and asked for help. The staff member was able to direct me to the right aisle, where I eventually found the item (by computer peripherals instead of by the game console I was purchasing for). Employees were friendly and helpful, but the store felt empty. 5 Stars if the item was easier to find, or if staff were more easy to engage with.

This evening when my brothers went they were treated poorly per an employee. They unfortunately did not get the name but was disrespected. According to the employee we cannot look at merchandise without paying for it. If I could put zero stars I would. Definitely will not be coming back, no one deserves to be treated like that.

Floor staff member, Micah, was very helpful in showing me price differences in comparison between Mac and PC, RAM and Gigabytes or Terabytes.

Extremely knowledgeable staff that addressed my issue quickly and effectively. Couldn't speak higher of the manager and staff. Very impressed and will be going back to buy from them exclusively!

This, luckily, is not the Best Buy I normally frequent— and I am so grateful! I walked in the door, and there was no greeter. However, I found a blue shirt person and asked him for help. It appears that he was in the middle of helping someone else, but neglected to tell me. Instead, he cut me off short, and dismissed me. Not interested in my questions etc. WOW. I GO to Best Buy for HELP because I do not KNOW what I need— not to be dismissed or treated poorly. Sadly, he was a supervisor so I could not ask to speak to his supervisor. All he needed to do was be NICE to me— just say, “I can’t help you right now, let me get someone to help you” instead of pretending he was going to help when he clearly had a bigger sale or someone else in need of assistance. Very disappointed.

Had to ask for help. Two associates completely ignored us. They were not assisting other patrons.

Purchased a cardiac monitor December 21st. Never received a refund nothing. I am sick of waiting. I give them zero stars if I could

Went in to buy a laptop charger. Instantly was harassed by an employee who felt the need to micromanage my shopping experience. I explained that I simply needed a battery pack that could output 60w.. he shows me a product, says it should work no problem.. I begin to look at other options and he immediately snaps at me, tells me that those are the wrong thing or whatever.. idk I was just trying to look over other products before I spent the money.. I made my concerns known regarding the complications with usb c and the different pd charging specifications and he gave me the typical "tech nerd who doesn't know anything" response and tells me that ohhhh it's much simpler than you think and this charger will work just fine, he even suggested that it came with 3 USB cords which was just silly to suggest..
Well I gave in, trusted the best buy employee, and now I'm stuck with a 90 dollar paper weight that won't charge my laptop as it only outputs 45w from a single port.. the packaging info was misleading and... had I been able to look things over further, I definitely would've noticed this. Unfortunately, Mr knowitall super nerd wouldn't even let me hold it before buying because.. idk he thought he needed to be in "protect the product" mode or something who knows.
Best buy.. please stop directing your employees to micromanage customers. It seems to be a thing at every best buy and well... you don't hire intelligent enough employees so.. so yeah.
Thanks for wasting my money.
