The worst bank I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. Service non existent. Was happy with bbva, now it’s pnc. Terrible!

What a joke the bbva to PNC switch has been. Bbva username and password where supposed to work on PNC app. Of corse they don’t. Sat on hold for 2 and a 1/2 hour trying to get help with no luck.
