About Barn Yoga – Kaiut Yoga Classes in Boulder – Wendy Zerin
We offer in-person and online classes in the Kaiut Yoga Method, a unique approach to yoga which addresses the challenges of our modern lifestyle on the body and on the nervous system and counters the effects of aging. Unlike some approaches to yoga which focus on muscle stretching, Kaiut Yoga works through the joints to promote joint health and general vitality. This practice will appropriately challenge people of all ages and fitness levels, including those who are inflexible, hyper-mobile or have a history of injuries.
