“I'm an electrical contractor. I have had my liability policy with State Farm (Bill Tutterow's office) since 1996. One of my customers informed me my policy had expired the end of February. Turns out State Farm had changed my policy number and I didn't know. When I asked State Farm to send a current copy of my liability of old policy number, I was informed my policy was showing terminated. Panic. I can't work without being insured.Amy Martinez was great in helping me with this.She assured me I had not had any lapse of coverage, just a policy # change, which I did not catch.
