I have gone to this store a couple of times. Last year I needed a new phone and got the help in store to order it, I ordered the 14 Pro, however they ended up ordering and sending me the pro max which is a higher bill. I moved on and kept the bigger phone. This year I shattered my new phone and tried calling the store a couple times to talk through my options for a new phone, I called multiple times during business hours with no answer, I figured they were busy and decided to go into the store in person. When I arrive the store was completely empty apart from one customer and one employee, who after a while greeted me and said she was not the only one there and someone would be with me shortly. After about 15 minutes of waiting someone else came out and asked if I had been helped yet, I said no and he started to ask me what I needed. I explained my situation and he told me to look up this website and do the rest online. It felt so impersonal and weird to just be directed online, which I also could have figured out if someone had answered the phone the first 3 times I called. I felt disappointed with the service and confused why they even had store representatives if the only answer was to figure out my problem online. I left the store and followed his directions about filing a claim etc, however it wasn’t giving me many options and so today I tried again to call just to get some answers and help. No answer and I have called multiple times during business hours. I’m confused.

I was at this store a year ago and, at the time, I thought I had received great service from Jenean. Even sent praise for her service through corporate. Now a year later, I find out that I was lied to, the “deal” I was talked into was not at all what was described and I was essentially sold a downgraded model at full price. I will miss being able to trust the salesperson at corporate stores to speak the truth.

GREAT SERVICE, helped me through getting an updated phone through a lot of issues with my account. Jenean was the best, made it enjoyable, and helped me a lot. She needs a raise!

We made a 9 o'clock appointment and were the first people in and the person that we met with was extremely helpful showing us different phones and helping us to revise our current plan to save us money. She was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful and we were extremely pleased. No waiting!

Bianca was amazing! I was having issues making phone calls and accessing voice messages on my Google Pixel and Bianca was able to pinpoint the problem after about 10 minutes of problem solving. Appreciate how friendly and competent she was!

Just went through my bill and found out my son’s line had NextUp added. We had discussed, prior to him going to do his upgrade, that he not get NextUp and that we already had family protection on the account. He even told me that he told the rep he didn’t want anything extra added to the account. Still, the rep that helped him added it anyway. My regret is that I didn’t catch this sooner. The sale was from October.

Miguel Alvarez was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful. I ran into issues with another ATT store a week earlier that created work and personal hassles. Miguel fixed it in 15 minutes. Highly recommend asking for him
