We came to Estess Park Colorado for vacation and my daddy's sciatica nerve was killing him. We started looking for choirpractors and alot of them wouldn't touch him because of his back surgeries. We called Atlas Choirpractor in Boulder, Co and Lindsey was so amazing. She took time with my daddy and was very explanatory when it come to his xrays. When he was done he was better but was still hurting. We noticed a difference that day when she was done seeing him. But wow today he he is doing great he slept really good. He said his pain went from a severe 10 to a 1 or 2. He said he felt so much better. I would recommend her to anyone. I wished we had her in Kirbyville, Texas. Thank you so much Lindsey

I found Atlas Chiropractic at a time when I was desperate for relief from my neck pain and associated symptoms. I was experiencing constant headaches, vertigo, and fatigue. I'm so glad I discovered Atlas. It’s been a few months of treatment, and I feel 90% better. The great thing is that Allison strives to help you become pain-free without needing frequent adjustments. Also, the neck adjustments are very gentle—I barely feel anything. It's not like other chiropractors, where you worry they might break you neck.

Alison is awesome! Highly recommend if you are living with upper cervical issues. I’ve suffered with vertigo for 20 years and her treatments have taken nearly all of my vertigo away. I used to have to lay in bed during bouts and haven't had this since starting treatment. I never thought I’d live without dizziness but Alison changed that for me. 😭🫶🏼

I was in a car accident back in 2017 and have suffered from horrible headaches, migraines, and excruciating neck pain ever since. I started seeing Dr. Alison Bremner on 10/24/2024, and the difference has been nothing short of life-changing.
Since beginning treatment, my headaches have almost completely disappeared, and I now wake up most days pain-free. My sleep has also improved dramatically, going from just 4 hours a night to a solid 8-10 hours. The relief I’ve experienced has truly transformed my daily life.
Dr. Alison is not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely caring and attentive. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone seeking effective and compassionate chiropractic care.

I was diagnosed with Ménière’s Disease several years ago. I was always told there’s no cure, find simple ways to alleviate any symptoms. I was getting vertigo episodes whenever I was stressed out. I lived on Tylenol for the headaches/migraines and the medicine Dr’s prescribed to “help” with the symptoms. Then I seen an ad saying, “Do you suffer from headaches, migraines, anxiety, Ménière’s?” I thought yes, to all so I contacted and found a local Upper Cervical Chiropractor like the ad suggested. Dr. Bremmer has given me my life back. When all Dr’s have told me there’s nothing you can do, she didn’t. She helped me. I no longer feel like there’s no hope for having Ménière’s and there is something you can do. I highly recommend her service. Thank you for giving me my life back.

Highly recommend Dr Alison Bremner. She came up when I searched for a Boulder Chiropractor, and I am so glad she did!
I have been getting gentle adjustments for about 3 months now and I already feel a big improvement in my neck pain. She's knowledgable and professional, with a friendly bedside manner.

Dr Alison has restored my faith in the wondrous healing of chiropractic care and investing in the heath of my spine. I was initially referred to Alison by my old chiropractor in another state. There's always a frustration when moving to find a chiropractor who is going to listen and adjust you the way you know has worked in the past, this is not the case with Alison. She picked up right where he left off with what worked and helped me become pain free. She truly acts in the best interest of the client and not just what she wants to do. I am incredibly thankful to have been connected with her so quick after my move.

I’m someone who has visited chiropractors for decades for back and neck pain. In all of those visits I’ve never had a chiropractor that has been able to effectively adjust my neck. The dr’s would perform the usual twist action and at times cause more pain than relief.
Within the past year I developed debilitating vertigo and the inability to turn my head fully to the left or right without pain. There were some days where I was unable to go to work because the dizziness was so significant I couldn’t perform everyday tasks.
Not knowing what to do I ended up seeing an ENT for help thinking the vertigo was an inner ear issue. The dr. determined it was not my ears so she performed certain tests to see if it was something with my eyes, it wasn’t.
Discouraged with the lack of results I started doing some research about vertigo and neck issues and found Dr. Bremner at Atlas Chiropractic. Her website stated she specializes in upper cervical adjustments and the treatment of vertigo.
I took a chance hoping that I would finally not only get some answers to my vertigo, but also some relief.
When I met with Dr. Brenner, she discussed very specific chiropractic adjustments that are meant to help me with my vertigo. After doing an exam and taking x-rays Dr. Bremner explained in detail what my issue was and created a 6-month plan to help me.
I have been seeing Dr. Bremner twice a week for a month and cannot believe the results. Not only has my vertigo decreased 85 to 90%, but the range of motion in my neck has also significantly improved.
Anyone who suffers from vertigo or any upper cervical issues, I cannot stress enough how becoming a patient of Dr. Bremner’s will help you get your quality of life back!
Her adjustments are not anything I’ve experienced before. She does not do the typical twist motion on your neck. Her adjustments are precise and incredibly effective.
If you suffer with vertigo like I have I highly recommend seeing Dr. Bremner at Atlas Chiropractic. It will be one of the best decisions you can make.

Both my son and I have benefited through these treatments! Dr Alison is skilled and very compassionate.
Jacob has a traumatic brain injury. He began coming when he was still in a wheelchair. I believe this procedure helped get him walking again!
