I had a wonderful experience shopping at Art + Soul Gallery virtually with Debbie. The gallery was carrying a designer I had been interested in for a while, and Debbie arranged a facetime video with me to show me the pieces of the collection they were carrying. She showed showcased the items so beautifully, offered suggestions, and answered all my questions so that it was easier for me to decide which items I wanted. Debbie and her team followed up with an email, more pictures and details, and I was able to complete my purchase online easily. The whole process was fun, easy, and comfortable and I would love to work with their team again!

I simply cannot believe how amazing Art and Soul are to work with. They deserve a hundred stars!If you are looking for a jeweler who not only will genuinely treat you like gold when you are there to shop, but who also will have your back and still treat you like gold years after you purchase your ring, then look no further!After living in Colorado for 20 years I’ve only heard AMAZING things about Art and Soul. I was a makeup artist for 12 years. Working with Brides every day, I heard all the details about dress designers, jewelry, rings, venues, etc. Art and Soul was a consistent and common topic in conversation with many of my brides, and always positively. I knew where I wanted my ring when my time finally came.Not only does Art & Soul collect some of the most unique and talented jewelry artists in the world, they genuinely care about their customers and want you to be 100% happy, and proved it to me.I moved from Colorado back to my hometown in Ireland last year. One day while out in town I looked down and, to my utter shock, saw that my diamond center piece was missing. I immediately consulted with Art & Soul and agreed to fly back to the States to see Debbie and figure out how to replace it.Not only were they genuinely horrified and upset for me, they pulled out ALL stops to help me with the situation. Working with the original designer, the amazing staff and owner at Art & Soul decided a path forward that had an incredibly happy ending. I’m now eagerly awaiting my renewed wedding ring and bands, and can’t thank Art & Soul enough for their helpfulness and caring in what was a really upsetting time for me.I will continue to recommend them to everyone. I drove an hour and a half to come to this store to find a delicate necklace. When I walked in I was ignored by the staff, and when I did ask for help I was immediately told that I could not afford their items. When I asked what the exact price was, they told me and it was something that I could afford, but when I said this they continued to treat me as if I couldn't pay. I would not recommend supporting a store that profiles their customers this way.

I had a wonderful online shopping experience with Art + Soul. I requested additional pictures of some pieces and they responded promptly on a Sunday. Purchased the item and had it in hand by Wednesday. Such wonderful customer service. It made me feel like I was shopping in the store. ?

Really nice people, but if you want jewelry from one of the artists sold here, just go through the artist unless they have exactly what you want in stock. I wanted to shop with a local business and when I wasn’t satisfied with the ring I bought, they told me I would have to resell it myself and there was nothing they could do. Their policy is that all orders are final sale - so if you need a different size and you end up not liking the piece or if it doesn’t fit, you’re kind of stuck with it. This policy makes me want to shop through another more customer focused vendor.

Service has to be pretty amazing for me to take time to write a review. Art+Soul is one of those places. Their unique, exquisite jewelry is only outpaced by their friendly, knowledgeable staff (and owner) who went above and beyond to provide me service that flat out surprised me. They are a case study of why you want to go to a local jeweler. They recalled my purchase from 18 months ago, recalled the unique specifics of the piece, contacted the artist who made it and took care of my situation from start to finish. It doesn't get any better in Boulder than these folk.
