Great products non-existent service. My husband and I were in the store for 30 mins or so and were never approached by a sales rep. We were ready to purchase multiple items but passed since we couldn’t get anyone to talk to us. This was aggravated by the fact that I couldn’t even tell who worked there. Disappointed overall.

Really do your research before you buy anything here. Highly overpriced for the quality and when it breaks, in this case due to poor craft the service team is unlikely to replace it for you and blame you for any reason they possibly can.

It has been a pleasant experience working with Deborah over the past 8 years. She has been so helpful with her advice in selecting furnishings for my home which has to be done long distance as I no longer live in Colorado. I am a fan of Arhaus. I love their products and I know I have someone dependable to help me find the perfect item for my home.

We met Ari, the sales man at this store.
He was so thoughtful and informative for the items we needed. When I didn’t see the items I needed he contacted me when he got the items he texted me right away even before the store was open. Also he remembered my name and the items (even the sizes). We’re so happy that we met him at the store.

We purchased a couple furniture pieces at different times from Arhaus - Boulder recently, and we loved not only the great material quality and workmanship but also the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism of this particular store's employees. Among all those great people, I'd like to further emphasize one of them, Ari Arisoy's top notch customer service; he made sure to 100% address our needs from the moment we entered the store to even after we received items and started to use them. All in all, it was a fulfilling purchasing experience; I can't make comments about warranty handling as I never experienced that; hopefully they are as good.

Donna and Kat helped me furnish my interior and exterior spaces after the Marshall Fire and I couldn’t be happier. They listened to my needs, helped me plan the spaces, paid special attention to what I wanted for comfort and my lifestyle and were genuinely concerned with helping me pick items that aligned with how we live. They helped turn what could have been a stressful situation into something fun. I highly recommend them for your furnishings.

We purchased a bed from them ~24 months ago. The bedroom frame was not made from wood. It was a very low-quality particle board with a veneer and collapsed this week. Maybe I am an idiot to have believed your prices translate into quality. For the money your company charges, this was one of the worst product experiences I have ever had with furniture.
Update - after sharing this and sending them an email. They did reach out to me and did provide a partial refund which they did not have to do. So I do want to give them credit for taking positive action.

Great and beautiful quality chairs.
The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no option to pick up the items you buy. I called, and they said that you need to pay their mandatory shipping fee of $300, which is the same as the cost of a chair.

I've lived in Boulder since 2015, bought furniture everywhere here.
I have never had an experience even close to my experience at Arhaus! Krista particularly was super patient with me while I was figuring out what I wanted (and I took my time). She and other staff members followed up with me, reached out with pieces that I might like, and remembered me every time I came in the store.
In a world getting away from customer service standards it was so wonderful and pleasant being treated like a friend and a valued customer here at Arhaus and honest to God, I'll buy every furniture piece I need from them as long as I live here. It also helps that their furniture is GORGEOUS and extremely well built. I've bought many pieces and have loved them all.
