“Bravo and THANK YOU to our Boulder Home Depot for the wonderful "above and beyond" customer service we experienced late Friday afternoon. We found what we needed and when our item didn't fit in my little car, our awesome HD employee helped us tie it up on our roof. I know we have all sorts of AI, ChatGPT, Starlink, SpaceX etc. - but if we could just clone Mark the lumber supervisor, the world would be a better place!”

He was a roofer for 25 hears so his expertise and friendly, and very patient, assistance was absolutely gold-stamdard. I find HD customer service to be very hit and miss. This wasn't the case with Mark. It was very much appreciated. Hope they pay him well.”

“Checked online for a specific item (game controller). When I got there, I couldn't locate it, so I finally resigned and asked for help. The staff member was able to direct me to the right aisle, where I eventually found the item (by computer peripherals instead of by the game console I was purchasing for). Employees were friendly and helpful, but the store felt empty. 5 Stars if the item was easier to find, or if staff were more easy to engage with.”

I brought my wife's machine in, expecting a several-weeks wait for a repair and servicing; however, to get the machine back into her eager hands as fast as possible, Isabella made a quick repair immediately, as well as adjusted tension and blew out some debris, to render the machine usable again immediately.
