I don't take leaving a critical review lightly, but did want to share a particularly rough experience with a GE Profile Laundry Washer my family bought from Appliance Factory and a bad warranty job.Overall, the sales and delivery experience were without issue - and that matched two other large appliances we've bought from Appliance Factory. Our troubles began when the washer malfunctioned last June and we began the warranty process. Sometimes it was hard to tell how many companies were involved, but it took just shy of six months to get our machine repaired! My family spent almost as much as the value of a new washer just on laundry services.Appliance Factory: My key reason for leaving a one star review is that as we had more and more issues with the warranty vendor (Brandsource), my calls to Appliance Factory were not returned - even after speaking to staff and getting some reassurance they would look into our case and try to escalate the issue. At the end of the story, calling back to our sales and support team at Appliance Factory didn't help the issue and they simply didn't return our call as they said - They seemed nice enough, but possibly just too overworked to follow-up?Brandsource: The warranty company is Brandsource, at least for GE Profile equipment. They were a major issue. The way they schedule service and follow-up appointments always resulted in a two to four week delay between appointments. So, say we call in our issue and schedule an appointment two weeks out. The tech arrives and determines a part needs ordered. If the part takes a week to arrive, Brandsource refuses to schedule the repair until that arrival. This means the part sits on a shelf for another two weeks or more. This scheduling disaster was probably the biggest issue in delaying our repairs!Brandsource Pt. 2: Our tech was actually a really friendly fellow, but he did seem frustrated that he wasn't actually allowed to contact GE until something like three attempts to repair the washer had been made independently. I suspect they have to pay GE per-case, so the avoid calling the manufacturer as long as possible to save cash. On the fifth visit, they finally called GE (Five months later!) and the GE techs provided instructions on the exact part to replace and everything worked! Considering that it was either the power inverter or motor in the end, it seems really silly that Brandsource replaced the mainboard and valves twice before trying to contact GE.So, constructive feedback:Appliance Factory: Be sure to manage cases and return calls - practice good customer service - plus, have some way of escalating urgent cases with the warranty vendor.Brandsource: Modify the scheduling system to reserve quick follow-up appointments for customers whose parts have arrived. Also, increase appointment capacity to avoid multi-week delays. Even more, contact the manufacturer at latest on the second appointment. It sure seemed GE knew exactly what to fix once they were contacted.Thanks for reading and I hope this was helpful! For my part, I'll always ask if Brandsource is involved in future warranty purchases and steer clear though.

I am a culinary educator and I have purchased three stoves. Actually, I've been a really tough customer. Mistakes and changes. Appliance factory treated me great. Even when I asked too much of them. I have three more stoves in my kitchen, I will buy every single one from them.

Products either delivered damaged if they were even on the truck. Needed 4 different deliveries since "couldn't find" the appliance so wasn't on truck during delivery timeframe and other appliances were damaged. Contacted Boulder store and they were concerned at first, but after a few calls, were more concerned about their commissions then helping resolve issue timely. Very poor customer service and lack of integrity.BTW, president hotline never returned a call. Would not recommend.

I went in and Daniel Champion helped, he really took the time to try to find me the refrigerator I wanted and warranties I wanted too! I appreciate the care he took! Would highly recommend going in, there was no pressure I left with a printed out quote!

I had to replace the washer and dryer at my place in the mountains, where it can be a hassle to get service. Everything about my experience with the Appliance Factory exceeded my expectations, from expert personal advice on what models to buy, very reasonable pricing and prompt delivery and installation along with removal of the old appliances. A huge contrast from certain big box stores I've used in the past. Will definitely use them in the future!

Highly Recommend! We shopped their storeroom in Boulder, Jonathan (Sales Manager) was super helpful in helping us select the right unit, right price, features and sizes. We appreciated that he shows us brand-new models and out-of-box models (with some digs, that come with a discount). We purchased a Fridge, Micro & Stove/Range. We were in & out in less than an hour. Although they didn't have every unit on the showroom floor, he pulled up the inventory in the warehouse and showed us the tradeoffs (we were purchasing the units for a high-end rental home).The delivery was 5-Stars! On time, friendly and helpful. They installed the units and hauled off the old ones (in and out in 30 mins).Best prices. Great Service. Reliable delivery. Would buy from them again.

We were looking for a low cost dryer to replace our aging one. The sales person kept trying to push the most expensive products on us, and also kept mentioning the extra things we'd need to go along with the purchase. He never asked us what WE needed, but was just looking to make a high priced sale. Very disappointing. We'll look elsewhere.

Just purchased a harder-to-find Aga range here, after heavy research & multiple calls & visits to other stores. Manager Renee & her colleague Alex were wonderful & straightforward to work with, answering emails promptly with the info I needed to make the decision including dimensions for usable oven space. Delivery & install won't be until midsummer but will post again then. My thanks to them both for their excellent service & follow up.Update: The Pro Install team of Brent & James could not have been better and smoother. They showed up on time, and were careful and thorough, as well as patient with our questions. They clearly took pride in doing the job right the first time around and as well as they could. Wish all my installs could go this smoothly. Will post again if we experience problems with the Aga but so far, it's working wonderfully. (But early days, I know.)
