Incredible customer service at this Anthro. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Lexie in particular spent well over 45 minutes helping me with an online order (and called and waited on hold for me for customer service!) while also offering guidance around fit on a pair of jeans. Great people and vibe all around!

I was looking for clothes for my girlfriend. Katheryn, who works there somehow made the whole experience fun and not as awkward as I worried it might be. Really cool staff who can explain things, and really cool selection! My girlfriend was stoked with her gift! Thanks Katheryn!

I don't usually shop at Anthroplogie, but my sister has half her wardrobe from them. We did go to the sale and I found a lovely little summer blouse on sale.

No refund for cancelled order. This business is dishonest and horrible. I cancelled an online order within one minute of placing it. I received an email confirming my order was cancelled, however, two days later I still have a charge of $150 on my cc that they refuse to remove. I spoke with customer service twice, including a supervisor and he was rude, aggressive and horrible to me. Wouldn't even listen to me and told me that it was my CC's company fault. I called my CC bank and they said absolutely not, that they can give me the refund immediately but they choose not to. I will now have to dispute this charge just to get back money that is mine. This store is horrible. Please do not shop here unless you want to lose your money.

The shop is conveniently located on the 29th Street Mall. Parking is always a nightmare here, particularly with the current construction. However, there are typically spots on the west side of the mall and you can come up the stairs and walk through the entryway to the anthropologie store.The shop features a collection of HomeGoods including, sometimes, glassware, tableware, etc. Well as having women's clothing and jewelry. The store is always bright and reasonably well organized to making it easy to find what you're looking for.If you're trying to plan a day out for shopping, there are other clothing and home. Good stores. Very nearby and just a block away. You'll find a variety of restaurants to serve any dietary need.

I love anthropology. However, my experience today was not it. The fitting room associate was great but the staff leave for improvement. I had to get a dress for my upcoming bachelorette event and felt like the staff was too important to be asked for questions. I was going to buy a few outfits but ended up leaving with one dress since I felt like I didn't want to bother the staff there. I think I'll stick to shopping online or at the Cherry Creek location from now on.
