I had an acute and very painful back problem while in Boulder. I did something I never do, looked on Google for a near by PT. I found AlpineFit just a five minute drive from where I was staying. I was able to get a same day appointment! Dr. Charlotte was great… a great listener, very knowledgeable, communicated well and helped me reduce the pain, understand physical restrictions that led to the pain and provided me with exercises I could do to correct issues that would prevent pain in the future. I highly recommend Dr. Charlotte and AlpineFit.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Charlotte while in Boulder, CO, for an Aerial Festival. After a thorough initial assessment of my body, she created a focused treatment plan for the duration of my stay. She understood my commitment to improving my body and increasing my range of motion and was highly deliberate in her approach to helping me achieve my goals. I was impressed with Dr. Charlotte's ability to help me make significant progress in just five sessions. She even loaded me up with rehab and prehab exercises during our final session.
I’m thrilled with the results—I left Boulder with more range and mobility than I came with, and I now have a trusted PT in the area I can rely on. Thank you, Dr. Charlotte!

I've had three rear-end collisions in Boulder; the last one totaled my car in 2013. Year after year, my aches and pains got worse. Finally, I started going to Alpine Fit PT in 2023 after I got one injury too many while playing pickleball. I've seen Dr. Charlotte, Dr. Kyle, Dr. Jason, and also got some amazing massage work. Ahhh, sweet relief! Everyone at Alpine Fit has their own techniques to work their magic. PT, cupping, scraping, dry needling with e-stim, manipulation, and, of course, the homework stretches and strengthening exercises. I haven't felt this good in 10 years! I highly recommend everyone at Alpine Fit PT.

I came to Alpine Fit PT with a back injury after having seen several doctors and a chiropractor with no luck. Dr. Brett was incredible in helping me find the first relief I had felt with this injury! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a kind and understanding staff that is willing to spend more than 15 minutes to understand your injury and find solutions.

If you're looking for the highest level of PT care in the Boulder area, Alpine Fit is the spot! Dr. Charlotte provided my care and I was continuously impressed with her in-depth knowledge, expertise, and genuine commitment to helping me advance along the healing journey. I'm a cyclist and found myself dealing with neck pain that extended to my shoulder and upper arm. Dr. Charlotte found the root cause, provided truly tailored care and excellent guidance on exercises, and I'm elated to now be back on the bike without pain! Thank you Dr. Charlotte!

I had some chronic neck and shoulder pain for 2 years, had been seeing multiple different PTs for it. I worked with Brett and Charlotte. Charlotte treated the initial more acute pains with tons of techniques which she did a great job of. Brett then took over with the rehabilitation and strengthening. I’d like to point out that PT isn’t magic, if you want to get better you gotta do the exercises. A good PT is one that provides the right exercises and motivates you to actually do them by explaining clearly to you how exactly these exercises will actually alleviate your pain. Brett did exactly this. I really feel I’m on the road to recovery and also that I have control over my pains. I’m also a climber so I know that some of my issues will come back (because it’s climbing) but I understand better now why those issues occur and how to alleviate my symptoms if they do.

I went to Alpine Fit after dealing with severe knee pain from training and running a race. They gave me the treatment I needed to get back on track and I’m now training for my next race with no knee pain and a lot more tools to ensure it doesn’t happen again!

I was referred to Alpine Fit by a friend for right shoulder pain to the point of not being able to reach my hand or elbow above my shoulder. I have a diagnosis of a torn rotator cuff and biceps tendinitis and the pain was such that I could not play Pickleball, which is my new passion. I was treated primarily by Dr. Charlotte Robinson, who after just a few treatments had me back on the court playing full speed. The treatments consisted of dry needling, scraping, cupping and stretching. My goals were to restore shoulder mobility, avoid surgery and be pain free, all of which, with Dr. Robinson's help, I was able to accomplish. I highly recommend Alpine Fit, which also treats many other orthopedic injuries and impairments.

Brett is the best PT! I started coming to Alpine Fit after Brett changed offices. He’s treated me for various muscle injuries since 2021 and always gets me back on track to workout and hit fitness goals (ex. skiing, backpacking) safely. Brett is very attentive and listens to everything you have to say. He also makes the dry needling process comfortable and effective.

I have worked with many physical therapists over the last 18 years for various injuries I have experienced. I've worked with Brett for a couple years now, and I started commuting from Denver when he moved offices because he is the best around! He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoughtful. He listens closely, answers all of my questions with kindness, and is always thinking about how my treatment plan can be tailored to changing needs and goals. He is also very personable and takes the time to build relationships with his clients. With his expertise and his friendly nature, he makes physical therapy a truly enjoyable experience. He also does dry needling, and this has been a life saver on more than one occasion. I can't recommend Brett enough!

Recently started commuting from Denver to continue my PT with Brett after he switched offices. I initially started coming to PT to determine the root cause of, and mitigate, of some back pain that had been bothering me for a few years. Brett is super knowledgeable and has done a fantastic job of giving me new stretches and exercises to help relieve my pain. With each visit, I usually get more insight on what I can for my body to help it continue doing the outdoor activities I love. Coming to these PT sessions has definitely aided in injury prevention and has helped my overall fitness and activity level.

Alpine Fit has been life changing for me. I had SUPER tight muscles. Getting out of a deep chair or sofa was a challenge. Getting down to and up from the floor without support was very hard. While I could play pickleball, for 12-24 hours afterwards I was in discomfort. Alpine Fit has changed all of that. It took time, but their approach of treating the entire chain has greatly improved my situation. I now only go once a month for maintenance. Nice people who know what they are doing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Charlotte at Alpine Fitness, and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the start, she stood out as a physical therapist who is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly dedicated and curious. I came to her with a complex issue that had puzzled other professionals, but she took the time to thoroughly understand my situation and went above and beyond to help me navigate towards the right orthopedic solutions.
Dr. Charlotte's approach is truly outside the box; she doesn't just follow standard protocols but is willing to explore all possibilities to find the root cause of the problem. Her willingness to go the extra mile and her genuine care for her patients make her exceptional. Thanks to her, I was connected to an amazing orthopedic surgeon who figured out my need for surgery and am on the road to recovery.
If you're looking for a physical therapist who is deeply committed to your well-being and will work tirelessly to help you achieve the best outcomes, Dr. Charlotte at Alpine Fitness is the person to see. You'll be in great hands!

As an adult athlete I find that my recovery is more important than ever. I came into Alpine Fit with muscular lumbar pain and tightness that I felt was limiting me from doing basic things like bending over to put on my shoes and was definitely effecting my athletic training. I have been seeing Dr. Jason for 3 weeks now for dry needling, 2x a weeks getting so much relief in my overly tight lumbar muscles. It has taken me out of "injury" range and allowed me to get back to training at 100%. He has also given me effective stretches to do between sessions with him. Whether you are an athlete or not, I recommend Alpine Fit for injury prevention!!
