I would give 1,000 stars if I could. Jolene at AllBackyardFun (ABF) was absolutely amazing to work with. I was hosting a big event at my house on 5/11 and REALLY wanted our new firepit to arrive in time for the event, because our existing one was... well... hideous. So, we sold the old one on FB Marketplace and ordered this beautiful Copper table from ABF like a week and a half before our event. In order to ensure it got here in time I called ABF and Jolene answered the phone. She immediately called their supplier and made sure they shipped it out freight immediately and it got here the Thursday before our Saturday event! In time to set up, get familiar with, and I'm just SO grateful I ignored the bad reviews, which now I think might be fake, and ordered my firepit table through ABF! I will recommend them to anybody and am really grateful that Jolene cared enough about me to help expedite the shipment of our table! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH ABF & Jolene for your stellar product and service.

Awesome customer service! I ordered some replacement cushions and the manufacturer sent the wrong fabric. One phone call later to All Backyard Fun and it was taken care of. Will definitely order again from them.

Horrible customer service. Returned a product and to date no credit on my card. They claim they cannot credit a card. Haha but they can take the money off the card. How does that work. No check either to date. Please do not buy from them

Zach and Q did a great job setting up our furniture! They brought everything up to our rooftop and showed us how to set up, clean, and use our new fire pit. We are all very happy with how everything turned out and would like to thank Heikke for taking us through all our options and helping us choose what we did.

Recently ordered Oriflamme fire pit. It arrived with a damaged top but they were super accommodating to get it replaced. Had a couple of issues in getting the it to ignite correctly (both owner error related) however Jolene was incredibly responsive in helping me get the issues quickly resolved both times, including returning my email Sunday morning within 10 minutes of sending it!The product is amazing, we absolutely love it and get lots of compliments on it, and are glad we bought it here. It has been a game changer for our new patio and we couldn’t be happier with the Oriflamme fire pit as well as the service and support from All Backyard Fun!!

Incredible furniture - beautiful and such quality of construction! The white glove delivery was incredible and simply perfect. The gentlemen were so polite, efficient and terrific at their job. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and would recommend All Backyard Fun to everyone we know.

My wife and I needed to purchase several outdoor pieces for our patio. With the price of outdoor furniture these days we wanted something that would last the test of time, not to mention our Colorado weather. With that in mind we visited All backyard Fun and were impressed by their selection, as well as, their patience, and insight in helping us find the perfect outdoor collection. After a couple visits spending about an hour each with Heikke, and his wife, we ordered a table for six, dining chairs, a console table, an outdoor sectional and two matching side chairs from Polywood. With this many pieces we opted for the white-glove delivery and installation service. Boy, are we glad we did! Zach and his crew were wonderful in getting our furniture assembled, placed, and even fixed a couple manufacturing mishaps on Polywood's part. In addition, and without request, Zach unboxed and set up our dining table umbrella and stand purchased from another company. Now that is customer service going above and beyond! From beginning to end the process of designing our outdoor space with All Backyard Fun, has been truly a pleasure. I have to admit I never write reviews, but after this experience I knew I had to let everyone know what a great company this is!

Ordered 2 chairs for 3k in Nov or Dec. ... can't remember... but they did say it would be late March before we got them. Then it was late April and then they said it would be late May... Ok , tried to be patient but now I call and can get NO ONE on phone.... be careful dealing with this place as now I am concerned I have wasted 3k with shady operator... If they would call back and give me my money back I would change this review but I cannot get anyone to call back no matter what department number I pushFollow up to your reply... I am calling your store number.. I paid you 6 k for fire pit and 2 chairs.. got fire pit ... no chairs... don't try to tell me I am not calling right number... I am leaving a message and you are NOT returning phone call.. I just wrote to your email you sent and still no return call... I have been calling for a couple of days now and no one has returned my call

I am really excited about the Oriflame fire pit that I ordered from Backyard fun. It is the only one on the market, that I have found, with two propane tanks; both of which get stored in the fire pit. I had some issues with backyard fun getting a prompt delivery for the firepit that I had ordered (miscommunication on shipping address and then a manufacturer issue that was out of their control). While the delays were frustrating I do want to say that their customer service team was extremely nice and really helpful. They helped get to the bottom of the issue and as soon as they got involved were able to get a fire pit delivered immediately! I am very excited for the fire pit to arrive tomorrow, it should be the perfect addition to a spring BBQ!

If you plan on ordering Polywood, I would recommend that you order directly from Polywood's site. It's the same price and you'll get your order quickly. I, unfortunately, ordered from ABF which has longer than normal leadtimes and poor customer service. I ordered in May and was told August delivery which was really bad when you want summer furniture. During that whole time, I was never given any communications at all as to when my order would arrive. At the end of August, I contacted customer service. It turned out, I spoke with Jolene, who did not identify herself as the CEO. She pretended to just be a customer service person. During that time, I was asking where my order was - I had waited months. She couldn't tell me where the order was. I waited another week and got her again and said I need it next week or I need to cancel and get my money back. She immediately threatened - "Okay, I'll cancel your order. Fine." After waiting months, I said no I wanted the set. She was really rude saying that now I would have to re-order it since it was now cancelled. All those months and then dangling your order - extremely frustrating. Like I said - go to Polywood directly. you'll get everything within a few weeks and will be dealing with a professional company.
