We've used ABC Auto Body three times and they have done an excellent job every time. Darin makes the process very easy from getting a quote, scheduling a time and dealing with the insurance company. They are very affordable and do great work!

Thrilled with the service from ABC Auto Body of Boulder. Trevor and his staff communicated well, were professional, courteous, responsive and helpful! Additionally, it was really beneficial that you can book appointments on-line when an accident happens after hours. I could book something for the next business morning and that made getting our claim underway that much faster! I really appreciated the level of service provided by these guys, thank you Trevor and team!

Just got my car back from ABC today. Eric over there is the best! Couldn’t have been nicer, more communicative and easier to work with. He went out of his way to deal with insurance for me to get claims and work approved. Can’t recommend these guys enough. My car is back to new!

I had an excellent experience working with ABC after I hit a deer and sustained significant body damage. I was able to get an appointment the next day and they took care of coordinating everything though my insurance. I felt very at home in their dog-friendly office and the wonderful staff was empathic, listened to my goals and helped guide me through the process, while also taking many steps off my hands by working directly with my insurance company. Their team gave me so much relief from the headache of a car accident and insurance claims. A good trustworthy body shop can be hard to find so just go straight here and know you are in good hands!

Worst body shop I have ever used. I brought in my car after it had been broken into and vandalized. It had broken windows, and dented panels. The panel repair looked fine, but the paint work was absolutely atrocious. Obvious debris in the paint, some sections feel like sandpaper. Clearly visible lines where the new paint meets the original. I had to return the car multiple times for corrections. At one point they handed it back with a dime size while patch of paint missing on a red car. When pointed out, they suggested I apply some touch up paint to it myself. Eventually I gave up on corrections since it was obvious they were unwilling or unable to do proper paint work. To top it all off, a mouse died in the car while it was in their shop, which took me months to figure out why my car smelled like death.

This is the only body shop I would recommend. Great staff, great management, flexible schedule for estimates. Easy to deal with and always friendly and professional.

I took my brand new car (BMW iX) here after my son opened his grandfather's car door right into the side of mine (sigh). I was distraught. First of all, Trevor helped buff out the dark paint and made it look 80% better right there and then (free of charge). Then, they gave me a few options on fixing the small dent, and were honest about which they thought I should go with--not just the more expensive option. I'd happily bring my car back here for repair in a heart beat.

Would not recommend. Not only did they not fix my car, they actually made the damage worse. After fixing part of the damage they told me it would an extra 1000 dollars to make it look correct. After i declined to pay more they said they would finish the work for the agreed price without fixing cosmetic damage. When driving the car home after picking it up, all the parts of my undercarriage guard fell off. After having another company look at it, they said the parts were never even reattached! When I went back ABC refused to fix it and told me it would cost $400 for there mistake. Safe to say I would not recommend or return for service. I selected ABC due to the lower cost of the service. It’s clear that the cost of service reflected the work done. ABC clearly has no experience or customer service skills and has no idea what they are doing. Next time I’ll select the company that is a little more expensive with people that actually know what they are doing.

ABC had my vehicle longer than quoted. When received from them clear bra was missing, they broke a mud flap which was not repaired, doors were out of adjustment, molding they removed from a door was not replaced, believe it or not a running board that State Farm paid them for ($750) was "forgotten" to be put on. They had no regard for my inconvenience. I would certainly never use them... you are setting yourself up for disappointment and inconvenience. Ultimately the body work was fine, but any other shop would have done the same body work (mostly replaced-an aluminum Ford truck.) Think twice before using them!
