Doesn’t live up to its name. It’s 1125 at night and they’re closed.

Health risks present. Black mold on shower curtains... Thick layer of mildew on bathroom counters. The restroom is urine coated. Not sure if this place has ever been cleaned. With an annual revenue of 1.5 BILLION do you think you could hire some janitorial staff? This kind of grime takes months to build and minutes to remove.
Startling lack of sanitation and maintenance in the men's locker room for a national chain. Shameful. 2/6 showers have hot water. 1 of said showers does not have soap. Do they want customers?

It's a decent gym for the price, and the staff is great, but can we go back to late night hours? Closing 8:00 PM on the weekends is pretty pathetic.

Not 24 hours. They close AT 8 ON WEEKENDS ? what a joke and will not be renewing my membership here.

They wouldn't allow me to use my guest pass in the Boulder location as an Aurora resident even though the email suggested access to most gyms. The attendant said access to 24 hour fitness gyms was only applicable to gyms in the city on your ID. If that were the case, I'd only have access to 3 gyms

Club is disgusting. Not open 24 hours. This place is a joke. Covid is over, open the damn gym 24 hours.

I’ve been a member at Crunch and a member at 24HR and I’m honestly so frustrated with the hours here, it makes me want to go back to Crunch. The name is false advertising and the early closing (COVID hours) disrupt my lifestyle and my routine every single day, stagnating my gym progress. For every $ saved on not paying nightshift staff, more money is lost to the night owls who are forced to change gyms. COVID restrictions have been fully lifted for years, so when is 24HR going to go back to normal? Lots of us are asking the same. I have good things to say about this place, but I’ll change my review once the hours are true to the advertising. Also, please do not tell me other locations are open 24/7 - I would rather switch back to Crunch than to drive to Aurora every day.

Pretty disgusting gym. I even paid an additional fee to terminate my membership early (after waiting for over two weeks for customer service to respond). The locker rooms are disgusting and their floors are constantly covered in water because they don’t have mats or anything for people as they leave the shower or pool areas. The steam room and sauna and showers smell of mildew and mold and feet (see attached pictures). I’ve experienced homeless people having psychotic episodes in the locker room and it does not feel safe, and feel as though certain folks use the hot tub as their bathtub. Certain people on staff are great, but oftentimes walk in to a bunch of employees behind the front desk talking to each other, dropping f-bombs, and completely ignoring members. They often blare hip-hop and rap over the speakers to the point where you can’t hear yourself think and it’s just not a very nice place to spend your time. Really unfortunate that Boulder doesn’t have a lot of good gyms and that this gym is the way that it is, but for the price, what can you expect?

they claim to offer a 3-day free pass, but then (and they wont tell you this to you are at the front desk) you cannot redeem without a boulder county ID even if you are a resident. then offer u a $25 dollar alternative. i never leave reviews but this was so stupidly infuriating

I really like 24HR. Recently the cleaning is not up to prior standards. It's concerning.

I am so stoked to have found this gym! I was at Crunch down the street for 2 years, and it was an absolute disappointment.
The sauna, staff, quality, variety, and maintenance of the gym equipment, underwhelming crowds most of the day, tidiness, all the amenities, location, price.... the best in the Boulder in my opinion.

Nice enough equipment/people, but they literally need to change the name to 16-18 hour fitness. Makes absolutely zero sense to me how this isn’t blatant false advertising.

The gym is not open 24 hours which is disappointing. They have standard equipments but they don’t have a hip thrust machine or those very specialized workout machine, just your basics. Sometimes machines do break down but it gets fixed within a few days. Would’ve been a great gym if 1) they have a lifeguard in the pool (I never see any lifeguard and I don’t think that’s very safe) and 2) if they ban racist old white women aka Karens who yell at you for turning off the fan in the studio because it’s freezing and pushes your backpack from the locker room bench onto the ground instead of just simply asking you to remove your stuff… but I guess that’s just Boulder for ya.
