My wife and I had breakfast charge twice to my card and went back to the Horseshoe the next day and they confirmed there was an error and we would be refunded, that never happened. Our deposit was never refunded either. When I left a review on Expedia I was given a number for the El Dorado in Nevada lol. Come on, Ive even tried calling direct and the phone just keeps ringing. You're a Caesar property, I expected a lot better.

No customer service. No soap or shampoo even after asking for them. No microwave. Maid service is only after you leave.

Check in desk line was 5 people deep with one counter attendant at arrival.
AC did not work. Had to call the front desk twice for them to send maintenance up. They offered to have housekeeping bring a box fan up-which never happened. Maintenance got the AC "working".
4 night stay and housekeeping never cleaned the room. Which, at the least restock coffee and towels.

Booked room via phone because website was down. Checked in with staff at front desk. Went to room to find out windows were covered for construction. No mention by any team member. Was told by front desk “manager” Neil to basically deal with it and there is nothing they can do. We walked downstairs, returned keys and told them we aren’t taking the room. They submitted to corporate but still got charged for a service that wasn’t provided. Now time to call the CC company. Stay away from Lady Luck if you can!

Stopped in here on the way up to Estes Park. Wanted a place in the mountains so we could start our day fresh. The front desk consisted of a very impersonal kiosk and a very sad looking attendant who could do noting to help when things went wrong. I think she was there more to keep eyes on the machine than any real customer service. Not mad at her, just a crummy situation/first impression. Saw a guy in front of us get his credit card eaten by the machine. Uh oh.
There was a sign saying to avoid the seventh floor due to construction. What they didn't mention and you didn't realize until you got to your room, is that all the upper floor windows (we were on 8) were covered with construction sheeting. Couldn't see a damn thing and felt claustrophobic in our room.
Called down to the front desk to ask for a few extra towels (family of four, three towels provided) and were told that room service for "that" hotel was not available at 10pm. My wife begrudgingly went downstairs, through the casino, to the other hotel where there was real human staff to receive towels. It's almost like they forgot they had a hotel attached to the casino.

As I sit here in my room on the toilet riding the EXTREMELY lose seat, wiping the drops of sweat off of my phone screen, I should have slept in my car in the parking lot. It would have been much cooler and nicer. This hotel is trash. I absolutely cannot believe this is a Caesars property. They must have forgotten to take their name off of it. How embarrassing… I don’t even care about a refund. At this point I would go anywhere else if everything wasn’t booked full tonight. Total waste of a trip. The hotel is under construction and the ac is a joke. I’m in black hawk 2-3 times a month. I will never stay here again.

You have a 50/50 shot of someone being at the desk or answering there phone but the thing that don't me crazy was the inability to control the tempature in the room I paid for. It had a sliding indicator on the side and your options we cooler and warmer. Let me tell you my room never even resembled cool let alone cooler. Next time I will definitely be paying the little extra out coast to say at the monarch or the lodge.

I play for hours on forty bucks Everytime I go here. I'm in it for the flashy lights and fun characters. Way cheaper than Dave and busters, and you might just leave with some loot!

Definitely not worth the price of the rooms.
The ac does not work very well. I went to change the temperature and the ac door fell open. The date on the filter was from 2022 and currently it’s the middle of 2024 over 2 years and hasn’t been changed
Also brand new soap dispensers with nothing in them

I booked this hotel for five days yet when I arrived it was under major construction and I was pushed into a different hotel which didn't have AC or a bathtub. During booking and after I was never given a warning that the hotel I booked wasn't actually available.
