I've had two hail claims, an auto accident claim, and I still have the same insurance company. I had a bit of a problem with a tow claim. The company had an audit and gave me credit without having to pay any extra, even though it was a few miles outside the standard 20-mile coverage area.

Outstanding customer service over the phone today! Nicki was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She went the extra mile to look up my coverage, answer ALL my questions, and offer alternatives. (So nice not to be just handed off to claims to have them say I'd have to ask my agent.)

One of the better insurance agencies in the area, IMHO. For me personally, some of the cheapest rates I've ever had.
