Around $250.00 per year for the newspaper and a digital copy. I have macular degeneration and reading the newspaper on my computer monitor is great. The problem is there is no refund for reduced services and the digital edition stopped coming early last December. I called in a several times and was told I should take it up with the Denver Post, not the Loveland Reporter Herald. Now the Reporter Herald wants me to renew / continue my $250 a year subscription. The promise to raise the price a little and they promise to continue not providing the services they are selling. Interesting business model.

Just rec'd our renewal BILLING from RH. This has gone way way waytoo too far....that flimsy, little newspaper and three hundred and fiftyplus dollars a year? KIDDING ME? We've subscribed for years.I'm afraid these greedy "take advantage of unchecked, rapiddevelopment and growth rate" moguls will just have to do withoutmy payment this year and find monies elsewhere for their newhomes, cars and families. I was sold a subscription by a sales representative in King Soopers. He convinced me to try the paper and said that if I didn't like it I could get a refund of the unused amount. I tried it for two month s and wasn't impressed by such a small paper with so little content. I called the Reporter Herald subscription department and was told they only have prepaid subscriptions and wouldn't give me a refund. I was lied to by their sales rep. Very shady business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The Reporter Herald is a crook organization. Charge made without my knowledge. They state will cancel subscription but no refund? Say what? The website says that I can cancel anytime. They say yes, but policy is no refund. Customer service did not have correct account information and could not verify where the "notice" was sent but even tho I didn't receive it Im out of luck. Policy Not listed on the site so we are to know this magically? And dont expect to speak to anyone who actually gives a hoot.

The Reporter Herald has been throwing trash in my yard for years now. I have called dozens of times and requested that they stop doing this but they continue to refuse and continue to throw trash in my yard on a weekly basis.Currently I have been waiting on hold for over 30 mins. waiting, once again, to speak to a manager about this issue. Would not recommend...Update: still throwing trash in my yard despite multiple phone calls

The Reporter Herald is my local paper so I am a subscriber. Their articles from AP Chicago Times and LA times on any national or world news is so Left leaning with nothing moderate and completely absent of any conservative viewpoints other than the opinion page. So many stories on the cover page by the AP resemble democrat hit pieces or opinion pieces that actual news.

Addition to 7/23/29 review: We got our 7/24 paper by 7:30am. I sent email to thank them.7/23/19I am having an ongoing dispute over non delivery of Loveland Weekly (free paper). It comes out on Wednesday for that week. It says it's "An edition of the REPORTER-HERALD" on the front page. If you call the Reporter Herald they say they don't publish it. I have been emailing reports of non delivery in April 2 ,times, May 2 times, June 3 times and only 2 responses . We missed 7/3, 7/10, 7/17 - then (as if to add insult) they delivered the 7/10's paper on 7/18.I worry they charge advertisers but we don't get the paper to see the ads they pay for. I now have gone, in person, to complain to Prairie Mountain Media in Berthoud. The nice front desk person says she forwards my emails to the delivery manager. I never get responses from management. She thought maybe, because "it's free" they don't deliver everywhere - really?? That wasn't a very satisfying response to an already problematic situation.

Extremely poor and reliable delivery services. They refuse to provide appropriate delivery services for disabled customers despite pleas leaving that customer element in the cold. Their response? No response and utter disregard.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! We had been with them for about 9 years & it has slowly been going downhill! The last 8 months have been awful... the paper rarely came. When it did it was either early evening & then it was thrown in the road or down our drive... we live in the rural & we have a Reporter-Herald box for the paper! Finally had enough & cancelled yesterday!!! Even though they would credit the missed papers... we just wanted our paper! Very sad!!

My elderly mother had to cancel her subscription to the paper after over 50 years. She did not receive the complete paper and called them multiple times. After waiting on hold nearly an hour each time they insure her they would fix the problem. As you can guess the problem was never fixed and they did not check back. They said they would refund her for the subscription but have not done that either.

We have been having delivery problems with the Loveland Reporter Herald for two years. They are full of excuses, and empty promises, but the problems persist. They are totally inept, not professional and just not worth the high cost. I would recommend to all, do not subscribe to the Loveland Reporter Herald.

I renewed my subscription and even paid three months in advance. For the first week I got my paper. Now, my husband has to call every day and request that they deliver to us. This is bad. I'm going to cancel my subscription and request what money is paid back.
