The pump screen was broken and barely legible, and wouldn't read my card or let me take it back out. Went across the street to Buc-ee's and had no problems, and paid $.02 per gallon. At this point, this gas station should just shut down.

With the competition of "that place" across the street they are stepping up their game with service and prices, often beating the big boy store.

The last 3 times (over a few months) I stopped in here to get fuel and the pump card readers weren't working - tried different pumps each time. The mega-gas station is next door and their pumps worked!

Their gas pumps are trash! Two different pumps wouldn't read a chip credit card, but wouldn't let you remove the card after cancelling the sale. Had to finally go inside and didn't even get to use my points.

I feel ripped off, paid for the "top quality" aka - most expensive car wash,and got much less. No Soap, no "tri-color polish, very little pressure. Did not clean any of the road grim off. Went into loft and jug to let them know. The response I got was " yeah ok" . Then went back to gabbing with the other clerk about football. No offer to try and make it right or even a once of concern. I've been coming here for 20 years. Never again. It is almost that want you to go to Buc-ee's or some other competitors.

broken card readers- tried two separate pumps and neither would work. Locations is also inconvenient esp to have those issues, ended up going to buccees across the street. They are quite crowded but gas was almost $0.20 cheaper

It's funny how some of these reviews are by ex employees that were no call no shows. They are the only ones that did not do there jobs and a hurt because the couldn't keep a job.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 4 years along with our entire fleet of work trucks but this place is falling apart. Pumps aren’t working and receipts aren’t printing. Pot holes, signs messed up, pumps full of birds nest and bird poop everywhere, exit to the freeway is a huge pain now. Men’s bathroom door sticks and makes you walk into it because you think it swings all the way. Sorry but I found all the reasons to now go to BUCEES.
