I love Hilltop Broadband! I’m out in Platteville.We used Rise Broadband and T-Mobile previously and they were insanely terrible and their service was so slow it was me paying for a headache (especially dealing with T-Mobile).When we heard that hilltop was installing fiber they did take longer than their original projected dates but that was during 2020 and after when everything was crazy. Once we finally got it, install was quick and professional. I’ve added two routers and they dropped it off for me when they were in town and even installed one of them for me. I’ve had a couple instances where my internet wasn’t performing where it should’ve been and they were quick to have someone come and check it out in person and the other time was quickly resolved over the phone. Their customer service is great! Everyone I’ve interacted with is kind and helpful.

A provider with dodgy service and absurd pricing for decent speeds. If you live in rural Berthoud, save your money and get Starlink.

So thrilled that they moved this option to Platteville!! The only things you can get here is Satellite Dish Internet or Century Link and we had Century Link for the last 2.5 years because we were too far from the towers to receive the dish option. ANYWHOOO! This is super affordable and actually incredibly fast internet! I was thrilled to switch and it’s only Day 1 and I’m 100% sold on it. It was night and day from Century Link! I was paying more for C.L. and even with my TV plugged into the C.L. router I could not update or download apps to my TV. Within two minutes of having Hilltop all my apps were updated and new apps were finally installed! So happy!!! Customer service and the technician who did our install also deserve a huge shout out. They are amazing to work with, so friendly, patient, and totally helpful! Thank you so much! Very happy customers here!

We have been Hilltop customers for over 2 years now, and just added a business account as well. The customer service is top notch! When you call they are very knowledgeable and helpful! Our technician Todd goes above and beyond everytime he has to come out to our property! He is pleasant and very knowledgeable! Thank you Todd!!!

Wow! Hilltop broadband is much better than my last Internet provider. Switching providers was easy. Phone call. Appointment the next day. Technician was very kind and competent and discussed my needs then executed our plan for installation and set up.I am up and running with three times the speed and no buffering. I can run multiple devices now, including streaming several movies simultaneously. Even put a router in my detached shop for whole property coverage.Should have switched to Hilltop sooner!

Fantastic customer service, responsive, our tech was friendly & knowledgeable. Service is amazing and very fast in our little town. Happily switched from inconsistent CL to HTB and couldn’t be any more thrilled to have a better option now. Highly recommend!

This Company has the best customer service experience I have ever had with any cable company ! It is not just one person, it is everyone I have ever talked to there. Cable service is Great as well! never had an issue!!Highly recommend there services!!!!

This is a good company. And, smart. We just started a few weeks ago to use their wi-fi internet service and they have been more than helpful. Hats off to Ben and Megan in the front office for going the extra mile for an old guy who sometimes gets confused when setting tech things up. One more thing.... If you live in Berthoud or near Berthoud, CO, their transmission is right here on the highest building in town. You will have a great, solid signal. Five stars for these good people.

People, people, people, get rid of Rise and get Hilltop. Best thing I ever did. No more slow computer, installation is effortless and speedy, and if you call in to them, they actually act like they care!

Had internet installed at my house by their installer Derek and I couldn't have been more pleased, he did a very thorough and clean job, didn't leave a mess, and was very respectful. Internet service has been phenomenal with zero complaints
