My dog Sadie was a patient. There was an emergency in the middle of the day during regular hours and they told us to take her to urgent care in ft collins which would have been an hour in traffic. Took her to urgent care in Longmont. She was a stranger to them and they did what they could. SADIE DIED. She should have had her regular vet who had her history. There was no help and no compassion. I'm finding a new vet for Buddy. 4 seasons in Loveland has been recommended. If you have a senior dog don't go here.

I've been bringing my 3 dogs to Berthoud Animal Hospital for 4 years now and I can't imagine taking them anywhere else. The staff are kind, empathetic, and genuinely care for their furry clients. We recently said goodbye to one of our dogs, and Dr. Martell, Katie, and Kim were so considerate and gentle and loving towards our boy. Thanks for loving our dogs so well.

Everyone was so caring and compassionate in helping Kenzie cross the Rainbow Bridge. We’ve had many pets and our experience here was exceptional. It’s a terrible feeling having to lose your companion, but EVERYONE there helped us through it.

Doctors are great. Staff is incredible. Price is steep without options to have procedural work done when it's not in the budget.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. They managed to squeeze us in, because our dog had a cough. So nice!

We are traveling and needed a booster for the fur baby. All the other clinics said we had to be current client.This was the only clinic that accepted us with open arms! They were professional and went ahead with a complete exam also. When we are through this area again, this is the only vet we will go to

Not a good place to go anymore. They are not looking to provide quality care nor do they take the time to listen. Instead they are looking for every opportunity to upsell you. Can't fully express how disappointing their service was.

While traveling through the state my furrbaby needed his bordetella vaccine and all vets in Loveland told me no I had to be an established client. I called this location and got in the same day . Dr Wiles and her staff where kind and friendly and took very good care of my boy. He got a thorough exam as well as his vaccine. I will use them again if we are back in the area.

My dog was attacked by another dog on a Sunday and they were able to get me in Monday morning to do an exam. They were thorough & kind. My dog is already much better and we will certainly go back if we need them in the future. Thank you!

Very warm and compassionate. Reassured me and gave both puppies lots of attention...even the one who was just there as moral support for his brother (and me)!
