Danger! BMO holds bank cashier's checks for 10 days...the most secure check deposited in your account is causing my business huge grief to make sure our vendors are paid and don't experience a bounced check from us, while BMO sits on good funds!
They claim no one can release the funds in the whole bank, since it is their policy to sit on bank cashiers checks deposited with them! This is longer than a normal bank check deposit!

Absolutely terrible bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My teens opened checking and savings accounts and both had fraudulent charges. Both times they were denied even with immediate notification and overwhelming proof. I have never had an issue remotely close to this with other banks! In addition their checking and savings products offered are subpar at best while their customer service speaks for itself. We went here originally since it's a small town and my kids could just walk to the bank to deposit money, so much for that. In my honest opinion 1 star is far too generous for these crooks! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Don't bother walking into this bank unless you have an account. The manager is far too busy to help commoners off the streets.

This bank is honestly nothing more than selfish thieves who really don't care to actually help or assist you and will just slap you with fees and refuse you any help when you are already struggling through life so if you want a bank that's going to treat you well and like family look elsewhere
