Great experience with B-town! They diagnosed the problem quickly, quoted me (it was a fair quote, hurts like all payments that everyone would rather spend money on elsewhere), and had a 10 hour job done by the next day! Karen at the desk was very nice and held up shop so I could rush over and make a payment to pick up my car on a Friday. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Really disappointed in this place after reading several great reviews. Took my Jeep XJ in to get the AC fixed after it started blowing hot. They said it was the ac lines and replaced them for a few hundred dollars. Two weeks after getting it “fixed”it started blowing hot air again. Took it back and they re-diagnosed it as the evap core leak and would be over $1500 to fix. So they misdiagnosed the leak the first time and just threw parts at it and was a huge waste of money.

Friendly enough people however they up charge like no other. A minor part swap like the maf sensor will cost 700 dollars. Not worth it.

Much appreciated I took my car to Christian brothers they charged me an arm an a leg to get no where I took my car to amco they wanted to charge me $310.00 an hour just to do an extended look at my car but B-TOWN GOT ME UP AN RUNNING I am very thankful

Took my GTI in for a carbon cleaning with their new walnut blaster and now I have all kinds of cel codes. The engine bay had walnut shells all over it and some must have gotten into the engine itself. Car is running horrible now. Let’s hope they step up and do the right thing on Monday. Will update next week.
Update: picked the car up after hours, big mistake, barely made it home. Sounds and runs worse then when I dropped it off today. What’s going on with this auto shop? Wish I could upload the video.

I'm born and raised in a small town. When I moved to Berthoud, I was looking for a local automotive team I could trust to take care of my automotive repairs and services. B-Town has earned my trust. Recently, I was getting a 50K service done and the technician notices what could have been signs of early wear in my rear diff. Not chunks of metal or anything that obvious, but signs of wear. They could have just serviced my vehicle, but they called it to my attention and gave me the chance to have it looked at by the dealership who would repair against our warranty. It was early wear and it is getting replaced under warranty. If it weren't for the honest and thoughtful information shared by B-Town, I would have not known about the issue and it would have just been hidden for possibly years down the road or potentially worse. Thank you for being a true service and client focused company. Over the last 2 years worth of service and cemented by this experience, you have my loyalty. I value companies who put value in trust and service over the bottom line.
