“Bought 6 shot glasses, I collect them for my daughter's as souvenirs while I'm out on the road. I asked them to please be individually wrapped in bags so they won't break. Lady told me bags were 10 cents apiece extra. Say huh??? I've spent over well over 8 THOUSAND dollars at loves across the country JUST THIS MONTH with just MY truck alone. I told her this and she said ...sir ...it's our policy and we can fired over 10 cents. If this is your policy, #1....no other loves has ever said anything about it to me and I've been to hundreds of them. #2....the manager here needs to review and revise this policy. Especially for your regular customers. Does Diamond status mean anything to you?? Other than that...clean loves, clean showers. (Did I pay the 10 cents per bag extra??....hell no I didn't!)”
