Hands down, best rental place! The staff always go above and beyond to ensure we have the right gear for a successful trip. Highly knowledgeable and accommodating. Have used them for years! Highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Went into Beaver Creek Sports at the Westin Hotel after skiing (6th day) to see if they had a ski that I could demo with a slalom cut and thinner waist than my skis. Demo is pretty much the same as a rental to them, but aside from being ridiculously expensive I just wanted to make sure I was trying the kind of ski I wanted to try. I was the only customer in the store until my husband came in, and there were probably 6 employees. It was obvious that every employee thought they were far more knowledgeable than any customer that might walk in, but instead of using this to help cultivate a ring of the register, they were flagrantly "holier than thou" and had no interest in what could have been a potential (and lucrative) sale. I am sure they are doing more business than they need, but retail is retail, and I would never rent, demo or buy anything here. There are so many other places so close by! Go to one of them!

We went up for a family weekend to take advantage of the slower pace during the Spring. Every Westin team member we spoke with were thoughtful and engaging. The property was clean, modern, and sophisticated. We enjoyed beautiful weather at the pool, stunning views, great food at the bar (the pretzel bites are amazing), and honestly can't wait to go back.

I've lived here for Val almost 18 years and my dog got into a fight with another dog that's what they do I'm no allowed to go to lobby ever again with my dog and they told me the ownervO 18 years ... I cant go the the bar for 3 monthes even without my dog ... I had a dui in 2019 and they r still Holding it against me .... Management here is the worst !!! And they DO no t care about their owners ... I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!

Matt Harvilla and his team got me out of a jam today. I had my skis tuned at home before my trip and when I went to ski today, I found my boots didn't fit in the bindings. I took the gondola to his shop and they graciously adjusted my bindings to enable a great ski day. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

We rented bikes here! They gave us 20% off because we weren't going to be out for 5 hours. The customer service was excellent. We rented without a reservation and the whole process took 10 minutes at the most. We followed the trail to Edwards and stopped for drinks at a bar and grill. The trail is easy but has the most amazing views! The only downside is we were not able to rent an attachment for our little one so he stayed with the grandparents. The guy thought it might have been due to COVID-19 regulations.

Came into this location last week to rent skis with my husband. Informed the employees we would like a performance ski set for my husband and a sport ski package for myself as I have only skied 3 times. Was given ski boots that were extremely uncomfortable, but was told on the spot that “they are supposed to be painful.” Thinking that these boots would just take some getting used to we signed the papers and set off for Beaver Creek. When we arrived I was not even able to walk two steps without severe pain and noticed I was given and charged for the performance skis despite asking for the sports package. We went back to the rental shop and they fitted me for another pair of boots that again were painful. Was agin told “they are not supposed to be comfortable, these aren’t boots for driving.” Was also told the “performance skis are fine for you and it’s only a $10difference. “ Despite this my husband insisted they refund the difference and provide me with the sports package, which was actually $40 less expensive and not $10. We drove back to Beaver Creek and again the boots caused me significant trouble to the point that my foot went numb after a single run and I this let my husband ski on his own. We returned back after about 2 hours to return our skis and my husband informed the employees of what happened - yet nothing was done to remedy the situation.

Fabulous service! Always a toss up to go with the demo or performance skis. The crew at BCS Westin are fast, informative, and go the extra mile for service. Thanks guys for changing out my skis at 0730 today!

Organic products, relaxing atmosphere and the dazzle dry hybrid polish stays for 2 weeks without soaking it off, it has strengthening with every coat, no harsh chemicals and you take off with regular polish remover. Genius!
