“Overall I’m happy with this storage facility, but i was given the impression that gates are locked and was given a gate code but never once have i needed it since the gates are always wide open. Also- snow removal could be a lot better.”

“The units are very clean when you move in and easy to get to. The property is well-maintained and I never have any issues getting to my unit even when the weather is snowy. Never had any issues with management. She’s always been very courteous.”

“Update: due to some medical issues I fell behind on one of my units. Once I explained everything to them and provided proof they were willing to waive the late fees. I appreciated the willingness to help where they could and their understanding.
Just don't. Unfortunately I had no other option. It was a decent price before it was sold. You'd think with the price, there would be pest control. The new ownership is based out of colorado springs I believe. If you have time. Find a better option because your stuff will be ruined being stored here.”
