Awesome people that went up and beyond scheduling me in immediately after getting new tires for an alignment. They do a thorough inspection prior to any work to let them and most importantly you know what repairs and costs should be. Was in a jam while vacationing. Trans on truck went bad. Scheduled an oil change for a 2019 Nissan Titan for 3pm. That morning, I discovered a coupon for a Road Trip Special. They honored the coupon and still got my vehicle done by the end of the day. I appreciated their customer service.

After dealing with other marginal repair shops, it was such a relief to finally find people I could trust and have confidence in to work on my truck. I will recommend them to everyone I can. The inspection result with the clear images and all the detailed results was truly impressive. They did much needed service on some items that weren't listed on the service order that saved me time and money by not having to return to have them taken care of. They also listed items that will need to be taken care in the future. The AC works much better and is a real blast now. Thank You for the great work you did on my truck.Services: Transmission

These folks are the BEST! We were traveling to Pagosa and our diesel started running bad. The fine folks cleared their schedule and made room for us to get repaired. I accidentally put regular gas in my diesel truck, luckily i did not start it.. I called Performance Auto. Stephanie referred me to Pine River towing and Jeremy Rima towed me within an hour and the techs drained my tank and had me on the road within a few hours. Full Timer RV'er with a Ford Power Stroke that overheated in the mountains. Professional staff, and qualified trained mechanics. Quick diagnoses, great folks who provide a great service with honesty and integrity. As always, Performance's service was Awesome!Stephanie is so sweet, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I receive updates via text when my vehicle is being worked on, etc. The teamwork done at Performance is incredible! Everyone is so nice and they are always willing to answer any questions. This time was an oil change with inspection. But, my husband and I have been coming here for years. I appreciate them and their honesty. Definitely go to Performance for maintenance, etc.

We owe this place a HUGE amount of gratitude. My girlfriend and I were traveling to Arizona when our AC decided to go out! Performance Automotive Repair was recommended to us. They did an extremely thorough job and really saved the trip while knowing we were on a time crunch! Without their quality of work and attention to detail our trip would have been miserable!
