I am pleasantly surprised to find this boutique as shopping in the valley is challenging. The store has a nice selection and their clothes is good quality reasonably priced( no Chinese disposable fashion here). The owner of the store was really helpful and authentic.

Hi, Wanted to leave your establishment a review. I was in the market for jeans. Hate trying on jeans. I am a 31-32 and feel VERY uncomfortable trying them on. And I am a curvy fit. Wanted to say the sweet young woman working in there today. (Brown, curly short hair) helped me to feel so comfortable & confident. She was very helpful & helped me to feel very confident in what I was trying on... By knowing exactly what fits were right for my curvy body. I even felt like I could come out of the dressing room (which I never feel comfortable doing!) Thank you for your kind customer service. I will be back! Your store is stunning.

Hello! I absolutely love your store!! I felt the urge to come on and leave a review. I am in the roaring fork valley for the week on business from Denver & I needed a break so I came down to the Willits Town Center to shop around. The young lady in there, Erin was so so helpful. She greeted me so sweet and helped me find the perfect pair of jeans with a couple of sale tops to go with! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of your brands and current fashion trends. I really enjoyed her service and your store and my experience! Thank you!! Keep up the amazing work!!

I absolutely adore this place! I am in my mid thirties & love fashion and this place always seems to have exactly what I am looking for!! My mom & I come in and shop every time we are visiting from Grand Junction. The owner is always super, super helpful and the other girl who works in there ( I think she's been there quite awhile!) is super helpful as well and she always greets you with a smile and helping hands!! I just had to say we came up a few weekends ago on a Saturday and she helped me find the most perfect outfit for my engagement pictures while doing it with so much enthusiasm & love!! And even gave my mom and I a great recommendation for a few places to eat in the area! The few times we come up we are always SO pleased with the service of this place! Thought we would share!! Keep up the good work ladies!

I absolutely love this boutique. They are very up-to-date on their inventory and I always find that perfect piece. The women who work here know their product and you’ll often find the owner, herself behind the counter. It’s a beautiful store with really cool clothing, accessories, cozy loungewear, etc.

Horrible service- I spend atleast a few hundred if not more in that store bi weekly. Will not be shopping in there anymore. I bought 2 shirts less than two weeks, did not wear them and still have tags on- the shirts did not fit like I thought they would and when I went in there to exchange they turned me away. Both shirts were 275, if you ask anybody in this valley that’s pretty pricey for clothing in basalt and it would be nice to at least have an exchange policy in place.

No return policy takes advantage of people. I don’t know any store in The Valley that won’t return or at least exchange. There are rules and regulations in place to handle it case by case. I spent 275 on two blouses and they didn’t fit in less than two weeks I returned with receipt and tags on the blouses just to see if they’d exchange them, unfortunately they turned me away. I spend hundreds of dollars if not more a week. Their return policy is only listed on their receipts
