I’m just now getting around to posting this as it has taken this long to repair my hair and my new stylist highly encouraged me to let others know. I went to this salon for the first time in October 2021 for a balayage and cut, I had some interest in repairing my hair from past bleaching so I let the stylist do some repair treatments. The stylist cancelled my first appointment day of, my rescheduled appointment she was 30 minutes late due to helping a worker do her hair. Then all the staff except my stylist left and multiple times she commented that the lighting in her own salon was “not very good”. When I left my hair was splotchy and unevenly cut. I was so upset that I paid 400$ for this I wasn’t able to go to another stylist until March 2022 - she was able to help me repair my hair and evenly cut it/blend it out - we just finally got it back to normal. I would highly recommend that you do not book with this salon. When I called back in October to discuss my concerns I was hung up on. This is the only photo I got that really shows the lack of effort- remember this is suppose to me balayage. I’ve had this done for the last 10 years and never had a problem.Services: Haircut

I walked in to get an appt. waited several minutes for women to appear. She was not only uninterested in getting a client an appt she literally said good luck finding appts it's busy. I wouldn't go here if it was the last salon on earth. The lack of sense of customer service was poor. Having had my hair done here in the past it wasn't my first choice but will forever be never recommended.

I had a really bad experience... I went to this salon for a Ombre on short brown hair and showed inspirations pictures prior to ensure we were on same page and what I asked was feasible. I was told from the stylist that it was not an issue and that she has been doing hair for many years. I wanted Ombre to avoid to have to do my roots every month. My hair ended up been Orange with lines.... Terrible results! (Forgot to take a picture of it) The hairstylist tried to fixed it by doing highlights in blond and brown. The orange was gone but now I have terrible roots (picture attached) - looks like I have not been to a salon for 3 months! The entire experience lasted 5 (very long hours). At least I didn't pay for the service. After going home and looking in day light I really hated it and decided to call to have an other correction and blend those in more. They gave me an appointment for the following week. After hanging up the phone they called me back to let me know that I would have to pay for the correction!!! So they took an entire day of my time, processed twice my hair that now look unhealthy, messed-up my color and didn't do anything like what I requested and I need to pay to get this fix!!! Obviously I am not going back and will never let any of my friends do! I have attached picture of the terrible results.
