New to the area and attempted to make an appointment using an Aveda certificate. I was told they don’t accept them (even though it was issued directly by phone, by Aveda, to me minutes before I tried to make the appointment, for this particular salon). I have been an Aveda customer for years and have never been refused service. There were other unprofessional/unkind nuances to the conversation. I am learning quickly that businesses in this area believe they have agency to be unprofessional and unkind because of the exclusivity. Just because I was using a certificate doesn’t mean I cannot afford your services. Disappointing. Please do better in the way you treat people in general…
(Response) I was offered, eventually, an appointment in 3-4 weeks. I was not upset about the wait, as I had no timeframe in mind. The whole tone of the conversation was off-putting. You made it known that you could infringe on my personal information much before the offer of a 3-4 week appt. No, thank you, to the credit. It serves you better than honoring my $75 Aveda-promised certificate. Aveda is a company, which you know, attracts new business from customers unfamiliar with a new area. Perhaps reconsider your affiliation with such a high-regarded brand name. Also, if $25 is that meaningful for you, that raises other questions regarding the health of your business.
(Response) I stand corrected. It was a $50 certificate. Thank you for the correction. Regardless, I only patronize businesses that are professional. Our conversation was lacking. Only since I moved here have I experienced this kind of elitism, and it is not just at this place of business. It isn’t acceptable. Elitism, by assumption, excludes lucrative patrons based on bias. If your salon was worth the wait, you would prove that to me in the first 15 seconds of our call, where I heard you shouting something regarding another patron to someone in the background before you even said “Hello”.

I've been coming to this salon for the past year now and their coloring/haircut services have been awesome. the owner always manages to fit me in for an appointment despite my last minute notices. Luis is amazing!! he's fun to chat with and did a wonderful job at turning my dark hair into dirty blonde without a lot damage. i totally recommend this salon!!!

I got a haircut here about a month ago. It was $70, I tipped him well because when my hair was in a blowout I didn't realize how bad it was. I really regret going, he chopped a lot of my hair off and it was really really bad, completely uneven, I had to get more hair cut off (somewhere else) to fix it. I'm still growing it back right now. I can't speak to what their color services are like but this was the worst haircut of my life, from a "high end" salon. Never ever ever again. I only came here because my normal salon was sold out for weeks. Next time I'll wait and go to salon tullio..

I absolutely love this place. Not only is everyone extremely nice, professional, skilled, compassionate and knowledgeable.... They have the best products. It’s really easy to get to and convenient next to Whole Foods. Also, Leann is absolutely fabulous! I trust them for hair, color, waxing, facials… That’s all I’ve done so far but I am sure there are loads of customers that would attest to any/all of their services.Services: Body Waxing

I just called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered seemed to be intoxicated and was extremely rude. That was the most unprofessional phone call I have ever had.

I couldn't believe how unprofessional this place was to me. I booked an appointment because I have had a few ladies in the valley recommend this hair salon to me. I made an appointment over 2 weeks ago. I show up and there is only the owner or receptionist at the desk eating food. She acts surprised that someone even came in and when I tell her I'm here for my appointment she says to give her "15 minutes and I'll call you when I am ready". I wasn't happy with this but I waited in my car. I even waited for 25 minutes! No call back, so I just left. And I still haven't heard anything from this place. Do not book a hair appointment here!
