Extremely accommodating and welcoming to us while we vacationed in the valley. Not the largest space but a very clean and organized gym with everything you need. My girlfriend and I are very thankful that RF Crossfit allowed us to maintain a normal training schedule while away from home.

The facility is always kept clean and neat. They've got plenty of equipment and trainers who are experienced. Vince runs the place exceptionally well and really cares about his members. Highly recommended. - AJ
