Elevation Fitness is a fantastic option for anyone who is looking to improve their overall strength and fitness in a mature, supportive, and professional environment. There is a deep appreciation for movement and kinesiology that goes into creating a holistic approach to programming that you frankly don’t see at most gyms. If you ask a question, you get a thoughtful and reasoned explanation that helps you appreciate the “journey.” They do a masterful job demoing the workouts.You’ll meet a lot of really nice people to boot!

I have been working out with Shawn for at least 17 years and he is the best trainer out there. He is well educated and knowledgeable and keeps the workouts fun yet challenging. It’s great to feel fit enough to do other sports and activities with my kids (who are in their late twenties) and actually keep up with them! Shawn and Bonnie are quick to modify any of the exercises if there is an issue. LOVE ELEVATION FITNESS!!!

Shawn and his team of trainers do an excellent job of incorporating great physical training elements with a personal, inspiring focus. I'm in the best shape I've ever been! I love the use of the heart monitor as it helps me measure the effects of fitness training with other factors than just the scale. The results of my training have improved significantly!

The classes are great. Teachers are very good and professional. I feel safe meaning that they are taking the time to watch my alignment and my breathe so that I am doing all the exercises in a way that supports me.

The staff are super great to work with, if ever I need a modification they have got several, to make the exercise easier or harder depending on what I need. This is truly a place that focuses on the entire person and goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals!

I have been an Elevation Fitness client since my knee replacements 6 years ago. The Strong and Stable program has helped me gain confidence, coordination , and strength through exercise programs that are refreshed every 4 weeks. Constant attention to coaching correct movements and positions has helped me enjoy so many more activities than I did before my journey began. Even our zoom sessions of the recent past were excellent. Using body weight exercises and loaned equipement I was able to "work up a sweat" and feel envigorated during the Covid-19 Quarantine.

Amazing circuit training/strength classes. Shaun is an awesome and inspiring human being and training coach. He communicates the exercises/moves to a T so you're maximizing your effort and getting great results, while also ensuring you're practicing safe habits. Gym is very clean with a changing room and bathroom.

Great workout! After a year of this workout 2xs per week I am stronger and more powerful doing the activities I enjoy outside. Last year I struggled with knee pain when skiing, walking in ski boots and this year I am happy to report I am pain free. The classes are always challenging and it is fun to monitor your own personal progress every month. This is a great gym if you are looking for full body fitness.
