WARNING to RFV residents: Do NOT use High Tone Auto. They have not only damaged our wheels but considerably wasted our time on multiple occasions. We ordered tires from them months ago and when they finally "showed up" weeks late and we arrived for our appointment to have them installed, they were "nowhere to be found". After they wasted my entire morning that day, they re-ordered the tires. When that appointment finally came, the tires were installed BUT we returned to damaged wheel vinyl. My wife immediately took notice and then asked about the damage to which they promptly replied "oh those were like that when they came in", which is false. They have refused to refund us for the damages since that point. Learn from our experience and use ANYONE else in the valley.

Great service! Knowledgeable mechanics. Reasonable prices. Our 2014 Subaru with a rebuilt engine gave out on the way home from a ski day. We had AAA tow our car to High Tone because of the good work they have done for us in the past. They fit or job into their busy schedule - and made a quick repair. We will always go back to High Tone when we have car repair needs.

These folks did an amazing job bringing our '05 Chevy Colorado back to life. David, Diego & Alex are 100% professional and friendly too! We took this truck to multiple auto shops around the valley and High Tone was the only place capable of the task. Highly recommended!

I have a Volvo 2012. Needed AC compressor replacement. He ordered the parts and when I got there he said they are not used to working on a Volvo. He said he does not have time nor would do anything else. He did do the above service but was unable to change rear wiper blades with a new wiper blades I provided. I changed the blades on my own. Essentially, rude, not helpful and definitely not reassuring that they care.

These guys do great work at a fair price. When my car dealer recommended a long expensive list of "necessary repairs," to my older car, I had High Tone Automotive review it. Hi Tone crossed half the items off the list as unnecessary at this time, and they completed the remaining Items at far lower price. The car now runs great. I recommend them highly!

Not sure I can praise these guys enough. My tire had a nail in it, I called all around, they were the only ones who could fix it correctly. They did not try to overcharge me, and preformed the work correctly and quickly. This is now a must fir me when in the area, and need my car serviced.

I went to 7 repair shops for a misfire from Georgia to Eastern Maryland to Upstate New York over 4 months, finally got to Basalt where Rick had fixed my van in 2014, he had me running perfectly in less than an hour! No wonder they are soo busy!!!
