Excellent experience. I missed the delivery twice to my house for a signed package. Finally I walked in to FedEx Ship Center with my FedEx slip they were able to locate the driver mid-delivery. I met the driver in a "parking lot situation" he waited for me to arrive, I was able to sign for my package it all happened so fast it was kinda awesome. I was very surprised.

Xfinity sent a package via FedEx to the wrong address creating many complications, especially due to sender restrictions. I worked with Steven in the Glenwood Springs FedEx office then Mark in Basalt to get it sorted out. Both were super helpful, efficient and good-natured. When I stopped by the Basalt office, I knew right away who Mark was due to his cheery nature and helpfulness. Whatever happens at the macro level, I'm delighted to give maximum stars to our local offices. Thank you!

Don't expect they'll print out labels here. My label says can bring to fedex and they'll print label. this is the 2nd time this year they would not print labels. first they said because of pandemic, and now a woman was by herself without access to email. I went to UPS instead, where they have all supplies needed to send a package and print labels without any problem! They actually printed my fedex label for me, because they felt bad about my experience with FedEx. UPS will be my go to carrier now.

I got an email that said my package would be delivered on a certain day And I stayed home because of that Gave them a call to find out when I might expect my package was given to corporate Which of course is a recording at no answer which says while it's on a truck This is the worst customer service Their worst then USPS which is saying something

The worst customer service, more than once, addresses entered incorrectly, names misspelled, and no option to correct while standing there, no delivery dates or delivery choices given for better rates-no in state Colorado rates like before, just all round poor run location.

This phone number is for Corporate and doesn't let you talk to a human. The number for this shipping center isn't even on their website. I drive to Rifle Wal-Mart FedEx Center where they pick up the phone and answer your questions so no one's time gets wasted.

Delivery time windows usually mean absolutely nothing. I've had the delivery person fail to leave things that require a signature WHILE I'M HOME, knocking on the garage door instead of the front door and instead of using the doorbell.

What a mess of a shipping system!Dropped off a package at the local FedEx Willits office. Upon returning home found out the address of my destination had been incorrectly entered. Easy solution no???Wrong!!!Called up FedEx 800 number. On hold for 1/2 hour. Finally talked to someone. She said we would have to go BACK to the office to change. Couldn’t do it with a phonecall.Asked to talk to her supervisor. Supervisor wants to get a credit card to add a charge to change the mistake that THEY made!!!!Last time I ship with FedEx. And we thought the Post Office was messed up.

I am a courier and have been dropping time sensitive lab samples for Mayo every weekend for almost 10 years at the Basalt FedEx. The new brunette girl, who refuses to give me her name, has been messing them up since she started. She is always trying to say there is no truck coming, and one time she even took one of the boxes and put a whole different label on it after I left. It went to a random woman’s house in Florida, causing over 50 drawn bloodwork samples to be lost and go bad. Then when my company tried to find out what happened, she said I had put two labels on the box and she had marked one out.
