The bike I wanted was no longer in stock so iyer needed tipp be ordered. The crew didn't not hesitate at all to offer that option or try to sell me one that was not my size but in stock. I've worked in the bike industry for 25yrs and in and out of shops during that time. I'm female and get major anxiety going into a shop because most experiences that been that of being treated like l know nothing or that I am lesser than. Not there case today! Now I'm waiting for my new ride to come in. Waiting to give that fifth star after bike fit and set up. Eeep!”
