There are pros and cons to All Hours. When I needed a unit, I was able to secure it same day and begin moving in items ASAP which was a huge help with moving from Glenwood to Basalt. Rocky was friendly and gave me all the info I needed to get set up and the unit was a decent price.
However, I only rented the unit for the month of June. I moved everything out by June 30, sent the team an email and asked to cancel my July payment. I had set up autopay and forgotten to cancel it so called that following Monday to inquire about a refund. I was told I’d get a call from the accountant later that week, that never happened, and after a brief conversation with Rocky where he said they may or may not be able to process a refund, I’ve heard nothing else.
I’m definitely disappointed I paid for a month of storage and was not even granted a partial refund. I think this is something to watch out for when renting and that their team should be more upfront about. I believe part of the issue with processing a refund is because their system is dated.
A great start with All Hours, but not a great ending. TLDR: cancel your automatic payments ASAP because they likely will not process a refund.

This was the worst experience of my life renting from her. I never in my life had so many issues. she is very unfair. And will milk every penny she can from you. And she would rather hide behind her laywer then do what’s right. And you should here the stories people have to say about her.

When looking for a storage unit, their staff made it so easy . They are super Friendly and affordable. We love that we can have our things so close to where we live. Affordable storage with good customer service. The web interface for payment is solid and the location is one minute off 82. Persistent issues with the gate, but as soon as it breaks, management works to get it fixed, which I appreciate. Recommend if you need to store things.

I have been a customer with All Hours Storage for over 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I can easily access my storage items at any time, the customer service is outstanding, the facility is well maintained and I have never had a negative experience.

I don't recommend this all Hours storage We had almost $20,000 of our love belonging and We had automatic payments and one time it supposed the debit card did not go through and they sold everything We had that was very frustrating because We have been working for years totogether all that and it was all We had and we paid port almost 4 years the storage almost $5.000 paying rent for nothing
